Belden Jewelers
I purchased my fiancés wedding band from Belden Jewelers in the Berkshire Mall, in Wyomissing PA and I have had nothing but problems. The order was placed, we picked up the ring, it was too tight, sent it back for a larger size. We left the ring on 3/7/10 with the manager Lori - who also assisted us in the (incorrect) fitting and purchasing of the ring. Was told we would receive a call by the 10th, still waiting for that phone call. Stopped by the mall on 3/12/10 only to be told again (very rudely) by Lori to wait until 3/19/10. Called the store in the morning on 3/20/10 was told by Lori that she hasn't even spoken with manufacturing about it. While at the mall that afternoon we stopped to talk with Lori again and find out why in two weeks time the manufacturer still hasn't given any answers... Lori was incredibly rude saying she has no idea and can't call them since it was a Saturday and we will need to wait until Monday till she can call.... I asked how she why she didn't receive any answers even though she had my fiancés wedding ring for two whole weeks... the reason: she has yet to call the manufacturer. This issue has yet to be cleared up. If you are thinking of purchasing anything from this store - RUN away, don't walk, run. They will steal your money and give you a run around. There has been nothing but heartache and problems thanks to this store.
