Supporting mindful phone use
So far the downloaded and paid for app is supporting me to be more mindful with my phone use, which is the goal. It's the scrolling when checking things like messages that gets me when I pick the phone up. Also how to handle having to get hold of things like QR codes for returns or train tickets without getting stuck in scrolling and other phone habits I "fall into".
The simple text and bnw colour screen works for me and I'm hoping it'll mean not downgrading to a very basic internet-less phone over time.

Great app and I bought it. But I think it's a little too cheeky to charge twice the amount from the phone upon trial ends compared to price when googling the price.
So google this: "minimalist phone app price" to get the proper price.
