Personalized cufflinks
The personalized cufflinks were exactly how they looked on line. Unfortunately, they were put in 2 plastic small bags inside their present box, which I didn't like and looked quite cheap!
Having said that, they arrived earlier than expected and that was a pleasant surprise. Overall a good experience and I would try it again (hopefully with the products not in a plastic bag)!!

Bad review
I ordered a necklace name from bekomennameskette.com 1 month ago and still not arrived. in Germany the delivery should have been made in 7-14 working days but it is not true. The necklace should have been a gift but the maximum delivery date has long passed. They don t have a contact number, i send a lot of email and i still don t have an answer. Don't buy from them❗
🔴 Edit: I received my order today. the chain looks good and is made of silver. a negative point only for delivery time.

Never Received Merchandise
I ordered a ring on April 18th. It is now June 7th and it has not arrived . I’ve written seller and they keep telling me it’s been shipped. I do not think this company is truthful in its selling practices and need to be avoided at all cost.
Update: The item was finally delivered. Although the ridiculous shipping time was frustrating, the ring is beautiful and better quality than expected.

Very poor service
Very poor service. DO NOT BUY!!!! This was ordered back in November as a xmas present which has still not arrived in January. I am trying to get my money back and they keep offering pathetic amount of refund. Purchased through PayPal and still not much luck. I will not give up. DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!
