I ordered a bed as they spruked "local" and "next day delivery" my bed had fallen apart and the only option was and still is an old falling apart lounge.
I paid for "guaranteed 1-2business days delivery, which was eventually refunded, but it has been nearly 4 weeks and so far the mattress topper arrived today. FROM MELBOURNE
I have fallen on the lounge, sustained severe nerve and muscle pain that endures throughout the day. They keep promising me its coming its coming and every day my nearly 60 year old body screams. Stay away from them. They are liars and grifters.

I ordered a pair of bedsides on the 10th of May, got no response with a receipt, nothing. On the 12th of May I messaged them enquiring on why, response, we're working on it. As of today the 1st of June, we've heard nothing about our bedsides. No delivery date, tracking, postage date, nothing.😢 Not recommend by me at all.

Terrible do not buy from here
Terrible do not buy from here. These are just artiss beds from China the quality is so poor and the delivery takes months. I feel as though I’ve been ripped off I’m so disappointed and I waited almost 2 months for something I can’t return and will probably break after minimal use it’s so flimsy. DO NOT BUY FROM BEDZY.

Hmmm lesson learned I should have jumped on this site first and read the reviews. Well time to leave my review. I ordered a mattress 5 weeks ago and still waiting. Website states 7-14 days so I organised council pick up 3 weeks after ordering thinking it’s only a mattress surely it can’t take that long. 2 weeks of sleeping on the lounge and I’m destroyed, went into store abc bought a mattress which was delivered next day. Multiple emails sent and got the same bullshit apologetic emails as everyone although the best one was delivery is delayed because of fuel prices. I have requested a full refund but still waiting on a response. Never had a problem ordering online before. This company is a joke.

Fast friendly service of a great product
Great products, easy order process. Communication was awesome answered questions quickly and followed up to make sure all was good. Fast delivery and tracking partners provided updates and timeframes. Bed. Are with easy to follow instructions. Setup by myself within an hour and my 16yo loves it, so comfortable and back to sleeping like a baby.

Placed an order with Bedzy. Followed up a handful of times requesting when the order would be shipped, each time they had someone else to blame. When it got to 7 weeks i ended up requesting a refund. Terrible customer service! Dont waste your time.

Poor delivery promise
I ordered 2 headboards. I was told it could take up to two weeks to deliver since it was a busy period. It's now almost a month, and they still can't tell me when I will receive the items. 2 follow up emails, but no clear answer. It would have been quicker if I had bought at the mall.

Don't order if you need it within a month
I would advise anybody contemplating using this company to stay far away from it. I have had on order currently nearly 20 days old and I have now just been advised it could be another 15 days. The delivery when it is to be sent has been estimated at 11 days so if we do get it we would be looking at 35 days.
Fraser I have sent 3 emails since last night as initially I have been dealing with Jona and had no reply. I was offered the cancellation and I have accepted it for a full refund, why aren't I getting a reply.
