DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!

Forgot to send me my order I paid for leaving me without critical medication for days, unprofessionally - and possibly even illegally - kept expired prescriptions on file resulting in me making an order that couldn't be sent then waiting for a refund; just terrible customer service all round and when I made a complaint about it all - rays totally ignored me and refused to respond!! Entirely unacceptable way to treat a client with multiple disabilities, so I've had to waste my time even further to move pharmacies, thus now warn everybody to stay well away from rays before they cause the huge amount of wasted time, frustration and inconvenience they've caused me, and with no response to my complaint.

Outstanding

This was my first experience with Ray's. I needed help getting started with the app, and the customer support was outstanding and fast. Once set up, the app was simple to use to order to my prescriptions, which arrived very well packaged the next day. And at RRP! Happy to have switched to Ray's based on this experience

Avoid at all costs.

I went to these people from Dispensed. They would only give me a low dose, and when I needed more, they refused, were rude and refused to cancel an order they wouldn't fulfil for me. I've had to take it up with my bank.

I'll also be taking my friends with me that I referred there.

Above the rest.

Super fast postage, orders usually posted within 2 hours of ordering in opening hours, prices at $RRP, products always arrive undamaged and in great condition. The mobile app is also really great and convenient. Awesome service in every way.
