I had a terrible experience with them, and I advised strongly against using their services. After waiting months for my laminate, they finally gave me a date to pick it. I drove for hours to get there, only to find out the laminate wasn't ready. They assumed me they would deliver it the following Wednesday, but once again, on the delivery day they claimed another issue. This was just one of many false appointments, each time wasting my time leaving frustrated. As today, I still haven't received my laminate. This company has no respect for their costumers, constantly making false promises. The laminate might be cheaper than other companies, the stress and frustration they cause are simply nor worth it. bad company, i send a mail to be sure that the parket i want was in stock, and they answer really fast, "Al onze actievloeren hebben wij nog op ruime voorraad." so great i'll go there. drive for 3h and spend some benzin.
but there waiting for 45 min, people said just after i'll come back to you , but no. so waiting waiting. and then finally, i can show the picture i took from the net (the one i send by mail to be sure they have it in stock) and the girl respond that is it and show me a parket at 32 eur or the one i saw was 12 eur. so don't go there. waste of time and money.
