The floors were installed extremely well, super clean and precise. They were reliable and professional throughout the whole process. I’m very happy with the result and the overall finish looks amazing.

Very satisfied with the floors. Good quality floors and at a great price. We want to specially thank the delivery person who was kind enough to deliver the floors in the parking rather than outside our building. It was much easier for us to move them from there. Also a big shoutout to Birol who laid our floors. Great quality work and super fast too. He was very kind and helpful. Our floors look beautiful and clean!

I received all the information I needed at the showroom, and got all the answeres to my questions before choosing the floor. The delivery of the materials was on time. And last but not least, the installation did above and beyond, and they delivered an amazing result.

Abdullah, the person who installed the flooring was an absolute pleasure to work with, he did the most neat job and went out of his way to do the work efficiently. Highly recommended using his services.

I had a really great experience with this company for my new build apartment. They offered very good prices for both purchasing and installing laminate flooring. The staff were friendly, professional, and the applicators were clearly experienced. Everything was done on time and with care. I highly recommend them!

Good prices and a wide selection, with helpful advice in-store—but the installation quality is very poor.

I bought PVC and laminate flooring from them. The in-store staff assured me of top-notch quality, but the installation was a nightmare. The installers were unreliable, often arriving at different times than scheduled. They left their tools in my house, only for their colleagues to randomly call and ask to pick them up. When I complained about unfinished work, the installers would return without the necessary tools and needed constant supervision to complete even basic tasks.

Their unprofessional behavior made me want them out of my house, as they acted like they were doing the job for free. Communication was also a major issue since they didn’t speak English or Dutch, making it difficult to explain problems. The job remains incomplete, but I no longer want them in my home.

Now, I’m concerned about the warranty—especially since the laminate already makes noise when walked on. The project cost €10,000–11,000, and I regret not spending 5–10% more on a better company.

2 stars because of their good prices—if you plan to install it yourself, your experience might be different. Otherwise, it would be 0 stars.

In response to my last review for laminaat plaza, I got the call from "Recep" and he was able to solve my issue in very quick time.
I am happy to see that how quickly they respond to customer issues and ensure that the customers are happy and the problem is resolved in quickly.

Absolutely top level. I was very anxious about flooring, I had no idea about measurements, what I needed, the amounts etc. Luckily, LaminaatPlaza has an extremely professional employee by the name of Enes.

He completely took care of the entire process. He gave me multiple suggestions, advice, sent me photos and videos and helped me do the whole thing in English. He always responded super fast, very positively and I seriously don’t think I’d get this service anywhere else.

Enes was the reason we decided to use them, and based on all the reviews below, it’s clear he’s done this for a lot of other people.

Highly reccomend to everyone! Try get a hold of Enes and I promise he’ll take care of you.

Fantastic experience! The laying workmen did a superb job!

The guy which came for the laminate asked me 300 euros for nothing.
They said I have to carry the laminate to 1st floor and they have to move the cupboards and clean the paints in the floor, which is not good.
I asked them that they can unpack the carton and take it to the 1st floor which they did it but just they had to ask extra money they harassed me, and they were also rude.
whatever was asked me before to do, I did it , the old floor was removed and there was only 1 cupboard in each room which they could have easily move and work on other side and then just slide it to done part.
This is not a good service and experience. I highly not recommend Laminate plaza, they dont have good service at all.

Enes was professional and very helpful! Communication was great. We had them install wooden floors and the installation crew did a wonderful job. When moving furniture in, I accidentally damaged the floor and Enes gave us a free bottle of oil to re-prime the spot I had damaged. It looks perfectly new again! Floors look amazing!

Good experience, it would have been better if silicone is filled in edges and also I was informed in advance if stairs need to be painted first.

The experience was great, the service was excellent friendly service and good response. Enes was great from the start with helpful videos of the colors as I could not get to the store. The installers did an excellent job and went out of their way to ensure everything looked perfect and beautiful. Pictures attached
