I ordered goods over 3 weeks ago. The debited my account straight away but I have received nothing. I have emailed them every day but they simply dont respond. I would advise anyone who has had similar experiences to contact trading standards. Also, any 5 star reveiws look very suspect as if done by people from BeautyParlor.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! As Emma has said the organisation is very poor! I ordered over 6 weeks ago and have received nothing! Never reply to emails and no phone numbers to get in contact. I am now out of pocket and the organisation are unwilling to reply to my emails.
Admittedly the cosmetics are cheap! Not that you ever receive them! They just pocket your money!
