I ordered a fragrance more than a month ago (05/05/2025). It never arrived, and PostNL says it was not physically offered. I tried to reach BeautyNow through their website, email, and Facebook. They only responded through Facebook (20/05/2025), saying they had contacted the delivery company but could only start an investigation after three weeks and that I should contact them again the following week. It's been more than three weeks since that message, and I've been trying to contact them daily, but I only get an out-of-office automatic response (if I get a response at all). #BN2025050570908

I returned the order (I refused to pick up from the courier as recommended by the store). It has been over 3 weeks since the return was delivered (15 may 2025). I still have not received the money and the store does not respond to my emails.

SCETCHY! GREYMARKET!

I received an opened and resealed Amouage with specially scratched QR code from the inside!
Guaranteed waterned down perfume, performance no WAY near original.

Don’t fall for greed and buy from these scammers, get it from trusted sources, I’d rather pay more than full price then spending on a used perfume!

I ordered 3 times, okay. During this last campaign, minus 10% was a disaster! 10 days after payment, I inquired about my paid goods, which were still in the process of being prepared? Customer service is very weak, unprofessional. After two reminders, they returned my payment without any apology or communication, resulting in a loss for me of €19. Great disappointment!

Four orders with Beautinow so far. All the scents delivered were authentic, no fakes. However, buying it and making the payment on their site is a perpetual disaster that requires numerous tries. Their so called customer service is uniquely inept and unhelpful.

Do not get blinded by greed and suffer all the Beautinow horrors just to save a few pennies. Use credible online shops instead.

After all the positive reviews I trusted and ordered and expensive perfume (for me).

My package was shipped on the 6th of May almost a month ago apparently from NL (I am in NL) and never arrived. The customer support team stopped replying after the first email and I am just out of pocket with the money and no package.

Made an order a few weeks ago and the package was returned to this company, the tracking says it’s delivered and they got the package. Since then ( May 23th) I have been constantly sending them emails and using the live chat on the website and I’m getting absolutely no answers at all from them
I need this package for a gift and was going to Reorder this fragrance to a new address as soon as they gave me a refund but I’m still waiting.

I returned my order (BN2025050170287) to Beautinow using the return label they provided. The package was delivered and received on June 9th, 2025, confirmed by DHL tracking (JVGL06249049001662449317).

Since then, I have received no confirmation of the return, no refund via Klarna, and absolutely no reply to any of my emails – despite multiple polite and clear messages referencing my order and the EU refund policy (Directive 2011/83/EU).

To make matters worse, Beautinow’s customer service has now completely ghosted me – no replies at all. The legal 14-day refund period has long passed, and I’m still without both my money and any support.

This level of service is unacceptable, especially for an EU-based company. It feels like once they receive your money, they disappear.

I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

EDIT: Still nothing, Customer Support is still ghosting me. And nobody contacted me… I have never had such a bad experience with a online shop….

Order placed a month and 2 days ago. Courier handed the delivery over to someone else (building reception) when I was supposed to sign for it. Parcel was empty aside from some free samples. Complained to customer service and an investigation is launched. Since I didn’t sign for it, I don’t know whether or not it was tampered with when it was “delivered”. CS makes me go to my post office to get a complaint form, fill it, scan and send it to them. Over 3 weeks ago. No updates since. Just give me my money back. Your courier did not fulfill their contract with you. I should not be made to run around trying to get my items or money back. Ordered from them twice before with great prices and quality, but suppose I was just lucky. Never again.

Have ordered an Amouage perfume over a month ago. Customer service phone never answers and suggests you send mail. When mail is sent I always get a reply ( not even apologetic ) saying they are still preparing shippment - just like that.
Will never buy again from this people and considering reporting them legally

Authentic products at super competitive prices - unfortunately, the customer service isn't the best, and with UPS as their delivery company of choice, you can bet on having a nightmare of sorting things out once there is an unexpected issue.

Had 2 deliveries return to sender despite leaving instructions to leave in safe place (which of course isn't beautinows' responsibility) but upon me reaching out to support the answer was literally one sentence from Maya: "Hi! Okay, we will let you know when we have received your orders"

Upon me kindly asking: Could you give me some info regarding next steps?

I receive the same answer: "Yes, we will let you know when we have received your orders". Nothing else. No we will get this sorted for you; or we have escalated this with UPS and are investigating...

I don't need all the super friendly fluff - but a little more communication regarding what will happen next shouldn't be too much to ask.

Update: 1 month has passed no refund has been issued. Tried the website chat and after 1h in the queue I gave up and opened an email support ticket more than a week ago and still beautinow is unresponsive. I'm sure they are legit since I have had many orders without any issues, but support is basically non-existent, it seems, and chronically underresourced.

Very bad customer service! My order been cancelled without telling me what’s happened. 7 days i been writing and asking and all the time different information. Bad!!! Not recommended.

16.05.2025 About the payment is not true. I took klarna as my friend did when she ordered same fragrance for me. But your answer was ” Hi! We apologise for the inconvenience! We should have messaged you yesterday about this but we were not able to. First, I am sorry for the delay! I have talked with our warehouse team and it seems that there is a system error with shipping FedEx orders. Thus, we had to cancel your order.” 😕

So why different information every time we talk? And this answer from your worker!
Hi! Unfortunately, there is an system error with your order so the order could not be shipped out.
We apologise for the inconvenience! We have cancelled your order and you should receive the refund automatically as you paid via Klarna.

Ordered a perfume exactly 2 weeks ago and to this day nothing has been shipped.
I tried contacting the client support by email but no reply from their side.
I will give them one more week to ship/give me a refund and/or an explanation on why is taking so long, if I still receive no answer I will press charge for theft and fraud.

ordered Tuesday afternoon and arrived Thursday morning. Came in perfect conditions, would order again.

Extremely Disappointed – Avoid Beautinow

I placed an order on 1 April 2025 and to this day, I still haven’t received the product. Despite multiple follow-ups, Beautinow has been slow, evasive, and unhelpful.

I asked for a replacement or even a voucher, especially after they claimed the item was out of stock – yet I later found it available on their own website. Their communication was delayed, vague, and never addressed my requests properly. I asked for the FedEx AWB to escalate it myself – was not provided.

What’s worse is that their Facebook page is flooded with similar complaints, clearly showing that this isn’t an isolated incident. Their refusal to proactively resolve the issue feels intentional, and their so-called “customer service” is appalling.

This company is unreliable and lacks basic accountability. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Just received the perfume ashore amouage , the smell is a bit different from the orogobal and the QR code to check the if the product is genuine is specially scratched

Authentic product, fast delivery and great service overall! Highly recommended!

Bought a perfume on April 25th and the tried to cancel 2 hours later after purchasing a 230eur item. Few hours later I was told the perfume was already shipped from their warehouse (which i thought it was a bit odd, to be honest) So I had to wait for it to be delivered.
It arrived today and upon receiving it I immediately requested a return to which I was replied with a link to decoded perfumes and nothing else.
I will be taking legal action !!!

I finally made my first purchase last week before Easter holidays, really excited, because I was doubting if the shop was legit, but that's just me. Package was sent really quickly but got delayed in the final destination, ha ha. I got my package two days after the estimated date. Everything seems fine and I am afraid that I'm hooked and this was not my last order, ha ha...

I have to be honest, whatever the cost. I don't like this store at all, they have incredible prices, an amazing delivery service and on top of that they offer us perfumes. How is it possible? So I have nothing bad to say! What a bummer. EhEhEh. Keep it up and good sales. Nuno Arrifes
