WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
Order placed on 7th July 2025
As of today 29th July 2025 I still have no goods and the tracking does not work
They supposedly sent my order twice as the original order is still not tracking with post NL
and neither is the 2nd order they say they shipped again
I’ve had to now ask my card company to claim the money back!
Please do yourself a favour and order from somewhere who actually deliver and care about their customers.

I’m still chasing this order and refund as of 11.8.2025

They are still not being honest and helpful
No refund no goods

It is the responsibility of the company to make sure you receive your goods.
Not the responsibility of the customer to contact couriers and postal services to only be told to contact the sender.

Beautinow are very well aware of what they are doing to customers

I contact them on an almost daily basis and keep getting the run around and false promises and excuses.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING NON EXISTENT GOODS FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY

editing this to say i tried to get my perfume that i ordered i was missing 200 euro worth of perfume i reached out to a woman named valeria and she did nothing but vheck with the handler of my package as if that mattered she sent me the picture that they take of my box showing proof of delivery as if i didnt show her the same box only being able to fit two perfumes these idiots will reply to your review saying the same copy pasted bs message to try make themselves look good as if reaching out does anything as ive proved if you see these one star reviews please listen for your wallets sake im lucky i used klarna for my order so i was able to freeze it while they try to sort it out these guys are desperate if the price seems to good to be true thats because it is do not order from here i repeat do not order from this horrible website if i could give minus stars i would terrible company they have now asked me to change my review to remove something i said but havent fontacted me to give me my products 👍🏼 terrible company do not buy from here

This was my third order and now the last! I ordered the Vinegia 21 perfume a few days ago. Now I received the package which was not opened before. And now only the gift that should come with the order is in the box, but the perfume is missing! I was a very satisfied with the shop because of the great prices but this is clearly a fraud! If you don‘t have the perfume in stock just cancel the order, give me the money back and don‘t ship an order with only the gift!!!

Previous had good service from Beautinow. Good prices, genuine products. However the mark of a good company is how their customer service responds to problems and this is where it goes badly wrong with Beautinow. I had a delivery arrive in a damaged package and one of my items a bottle of Mango Oud by Gritti was missing. I sent Beautinow a photo of the damaged box and details of the missing item, the customer service team replied requesting more photos and that, I complete a form for a claim from their courier. I was unable to provide further photos as by this time I had recycled the packaging, I completed the form as requested. Having done all this and despite spend well over €2,000 with them, I have had no further information in over a month, despite regular requests for updates. I will never use them again, and would recommend everyone else to AVOID BEAUTINOW as they are not interested when something goes wrong no matter how good a customer you are.

Super fast delivery, great prices and 100% authentic products. Everything arrived perfectly packed and in top condition. I’m really impressed and will definitely order again. Highly recommended!

I haven't received the package yet. The tracking number is not valid... 10 days have passed since the order.. they didn't respond to emails.

Do not get anything here !!! FAKES !!! All fakes … I purchased BDK Pas Ce Soir Extrait and recently went to check authenticity given that the perfume seemed to not smell like it’s supposed to. And I found out it was a FAKE ! I wrote to them and no response.

I made an order on the 3th of June and it still didn't get to the shipping company! I sent several emails to try and see where my order was and no response, i asked for a refund and no response! They are now ignoring me, won't answer and i have no perfume or refund! Do not buy from them!

I live in the UK and have typically been able to find better fragrance prices buying from foreign retailers (usually in France) than over here -- but this company has been my first bad experience and put me off entirely!

I can't speak to the quality of their fragrances (since we didn't even have the pleasure of receiving them) but if the way they run their customer service is any indication of company ethics, I wouldn't be surprised if the products aren't genuine.

To put my experience with Beautinow as briefly as possible: I paid £463 fragrances in December as a late Christmas gift, and it completely slipped my mind that there might be a custom's fee to pay over here. It was only when my parents asked about it that I checked the delivery status, but by that time it had exceeded the Royal Mail holding period and been returned to them in the Netherlands, or wherever they are.

I emailed their customer service about this and it initially looked promising. I expressed that I would rather have the fragrances shipped again than to receive a refund, and paid a further ~£20 to the bank account they provided -- but my fragrances still weren't shipped! They just completely ghosted.

The last time I heard from them was two months ago, and I have since expressed that at this point I just want my money back. No response, even though I can see they have been very active on here managing their bad reviews!

I should've just popped into Harrod's and saved myself the headache. I now have to go through the hassle of reporting this company for fraud and contacting my bank for a refund. Find other retailers if you can help it. Don't be like me. These people obviously have no morals.

Please where is my package???? Or return my money. I have written series of mails and I am being ignored. Your live chat no one replies same with your social media handle. Can this be treated as urgent. I need my money back

Do not buy from BN. They sell fake fragances. I ordered a BDK and the minute it arrived I knew it was odd: the bottle tag was wrongly placed. When spraying the fragance it took about 10 minutes to just vanish. If you entern their whatssapp group they will start saying: oh, it must be your skin PH, oh, you just have to let it seat for a week, etc...absolute nonsense. They created a system of affiliated people around them to try to mae you believe your doubts are not real.
There is no way BDK would let something like that get out of their fabric so I reported it to AMEX who, after an investigation, cancelled the payment and report it as FRAUDULENT. It is that fradulent that even AMEX returned my money. NOT BN, but my insurance with AMEX returned my money. EDITED: TODAY IS SECOND OF JANUARY. Smell is still totally missing. Stop selling fake perfumes to people. SCAMMERS

I purchased two Roja Parfums Isola Blu from Beautinow. One was fine, but the other was absolutely not as it should be. It seemed diluted and lacked the complexity of Isola Blu. This has been confirmed by an employee at Roja’s distributor in Denmark, who tested the perfume. It turns out the perfumes are so-called "decoded." Beautinow’s explanation is that their suppliers remove the perfume’s batch code to hide its origin. Otherwise, they would not be able to offer such low prices. However, this means that a distributor or middleman has tampered with the perfume. Beautinow refused to accept a return, as I was outside the regular 14-day return period. When I kept complaining and told them that I now had a written expert assessment confirming that the perfume had been tampered with, Beautinow stopped responding to my emails. So there is no customer service when things go wrong. I think it is unprofessional how they evade responsibility and provide such poor service. I will not shop with them again and cannot recommend Beautinow in any way.

This is a shady company. I have returned an item, which on the DHL track & trace was reported as delivered. Yet when inquiring if they had received it the reply was negative. After a few days I asked again, now they don’t even have the decency to answer. 10 mails on, no replies and no refund.

I bought three perfumes, two in march and the other in April and I am yet to receive either! I have contacted the company on numerous occasions and was told the item was returned to them due to unpaid custom charges by them. They promised to send a replacement once the item is returned to them and it’s been two months since and it’s gone very quiet. I have sent countless messages on email, online chat, Facebook messenger etc and yet to get a single response. I am hoping that someone at Beautinow will respond here but not holding my breath since they only seem to comment on good reviews.

I will never buy anything from this store again. And I don't recommend it to anyone. I have been waiting a month for a refund, my emails and messages are being ignored. I am reporting the matter to the European Consumer Centre. I don't understand how such a store can operate in these times.
