I purchased a TV on Amazon, through Beach Camera Company. The TV arrived 4 days earlier than expected which was a great surprise for us. We had one small issue with a part missing from the remote. I contacted Beach Camera and Romel refunded a portion of the payment so I could buy the missing part. This was not something Beach Camera was responsible for but should have been taken care of by Samsung. Romel provided excellent customer Service. I will definately buy from this company again.

Very disappointed when the TV arrived damaged. I suspect it was damaged before being shipped since the box was fine. Regardless, Christine Gail helped me with the process of securing a refund and not needing to return the TV. Much appreciated.

I received a defective/damaged product - this happens. My thanks to Dianne Nuney and Reynold Jimenez (and Aly at Pansonic Chat) for making the process of diagnosing the issue easy and working the return with me. All were espeically responsive and solved the issue I had expeditiously. No one wants a product that doesn't work, but at least Beach Camara and Panasonic have qualified and responsive people in place to resolve the issue. Great job all!

I ordered a TV through Best Buy, it was delivered in the time window we selected and the TV works great. Very happy with our purchase and got a discount because it was refurbished.
The TV was delivered with the wrong power cord. I message the seller (Beach Camera) and they offered me $30 which more than covered the cost of a new cord. They were very responsive and easy to work with. Would happily order from them again.

I ordered a TV from Beach Camera through Amazon. The TV was shipped promptly and was carefully packaged and is operating well. This purchase included an "extended warranty" for which Beach Camera did not provide the necessary information on how to activate it. Upon inquiry through Amazon and Beach, Erica P. provided the information needed to activate the warranty. Although Beach was most helpful in getting this accomplished, they should have provided the information up-front without having to be asked.

My machine arrived broken and unuseable a day later than expected. Amazon's best answer is to send a message and have me wait. Well, while I sit with filthy carpets and the problems I bought the machine to solve, they've got my money and are holding my patience hostage. I am frustrated and distressed that the expectation is that when their product arrives unuseable, I need to have unlimited and extraordinary patience. If I had that, I wouldn't need a machine to clean the carpets....
