When I received my first monitor it was cracked in the box.I quickly contacted customer service and Mariz helped by sending a return label and also got a new monitor out to me quickly.

I purchased a TV through Amazon that was sold by Beach Camera and then it went on sale.
I asked Amazon for a refund of the difference and they declined and said I could return it and purchase the lower priced TV. I contacted Beach Camera directly and Rizalyn & Lariza were more than accommodating to me as they understand the value of customer service, and provided the refund without having to return it.
