My Landroid M600 worx vision mower has…
My Landroid M600 worx vision mower has been 2 times at the service. After 1 year of use it started having problems. I took it first time it to Bauhaus Herning 22 March 2026. After 3 weeks I received it back with changed Camera and Module. However new problem rised the Robot Navigation system is not calibrated or malfunctioning. Robot can not find base anymore after driving away from it 10/15 meters. I took it second time to the service after another 2/3 weeks I got it back. At the shop asked what was made They could not answer me as no proper description of service was writen from service team. The robot still have the same problem and the failure of robot was not fixed. When I took it 2nd time to the shop they have mentioned that if it fails again they will look for refund or change. 3rd time at Bauhaus for the same robot and I am being told again that they can not refund or exchange it as it has to go to service again. This is very INCOVIENENCE for me as we are in high season of cutting grass. They also refuse to give me a loan robot or any other solution apart from being send again to service. It has to be the worst handling of this situation I ever experienced in Danmark. Shame on Bauhaus Herning team..

Returning a product meant to be complicated and different than any online store in Denmark. They ask for pictures to approve returning the product, but they never responds. The product wasn't used or even opened. After 6 emails and a phone call, I still didn't hear back from them!!
