Old shower parts
I was looking for a cartridge for an old Matki shower, the website was very helpful but they was a slight difference in measurements between the image on the website and my actual shower. I contacted them and sent a few photos, they asked for a few more to make sure that I got the correct part, upon recieving those they confirmed which part I needed and got it supplied to me the following day.
Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, buy with confidence. I wish there was more companies like them.

Good price for part,(small rubber seal).Cost of postage not so good,I.e. three times the price of the seal.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased you were happy with the price of your replacement rubber seal, although we completely understand your frustration with the postage costing more than the part itself. Unfortunately, delivery costs can seem disproportionate when ordering very small, inexpensive spare parts. We do our best to keep postage charges reasonable while ensuring orders arrive safely and reliably. We appreciate your comments and your custom, and hope we can help you again in the future.
