No toilet seat included in the order
I placed an order back in March and i only recently had my new bathroom fitted only to find there was no toilet seat included with the toilet. I contacted Bathroom City to explain what had happened and spoke to Mariah who kindly arranged for me to collect a new one. She was very helpful and professional.

Item not sent, customer service inexistant
Placed an order for a sink 2 weeks ago. Paid £23 for delivery. Item showed as in stock, for 4-5 day delivery. 2 weeks on, no sign of my item. Called twice, 2 different people said they would check and call me back. No one called me back. There is no way to cancel the order. Trading standards need to be aware of this abuse of consumer rights. Absolute nightmare. Avoid this company.
After this review, Kelly from customer service called me, apologised and refunded my money within 3 days. She stated the item was no longer in stock. I am now happy to amend my previous review and recommend some of their customer service agents to address customers issues politely.

Was looking for specific toilet pan for this set. Called to confirm was same as in picture online.
Kelly T took the time to check for me and confirm. Delivery was running late from delivery company but Kelly chased this up for me too and kept me updated as to when it would be delivered. All delivered well packaged.
