I'm so pleased with my banner! It looks great on the stage at my Poetry Open Mic evening. The colours are exactly as submitted in the artwork work. The website was easy to navigate. The price very reasonable and the completed banner was sent out very quickly. I am delighted and have already recommended Bannerbuzz to a friend.

Avoid at all costs.
I could not recommend you avoid a company more. The whole thing feels like a scam.
Support is not in the UK, no idea if the printing is. So they can't give you answers for anything and have no knowledge.
I ordered 10 banners earlier in the week for tomorrow, I still have no idea on the status, what is going on and if they will be delivered. Terrible company to deal with, can't get anything from them.

DO NOT USE THEM!! It is owned by Nishant Shah of Group Bayport and the service is absolutely terrible. They take your money and cannot deliver. They hold off on refunds and now I can't get my money back until after the event. They send you to a call centre who are absolutely useless. THEY HAVE RUINED MY EVENT. DO NOT USE THEM.

I ordered a banner and paid £18 urgent delivery to have it delivered on Friday 12th June. The party was on the 13th and the actual banner arrived on Monday 15th June which was simply too late. Absolutely no use after the event has happened! What an absolute waste of money. No response from emails either

Do not use this company, untrustworthy
Do not use this company. I ordered express delivery which should have taken 3-4 days and my order did not arrive for my event. The day my delivery should have arrived, I received an email saying that it still had not even left INDIA. I had no idea the company was based in India which meant we had to go ahead without the backdrop. This impacted the qualities of our photos as we didnt have a nice background in the building and ultimately had a negative effect. They are not responding to my emails about a refund. Never again.

Horrific delivery experience - not arrived
I ordered a feather flag spike, so not a custom order and something that DID NOT require printing on 3rd June.
I still have not received the order despite the high fees for delivery. I wish for this order to be refunded so I can order this item through a proper UK company.
They are not a UK based company, they just have a ghost office in London. No one ever picks up on the number for the orders team, only the sales team pick up the phone and they say they can't help you with your order.
I need a full refund!

Delivery mess
Our package was meant to to be delivered on the 27th May and it got delivered a a week later by which point it was no longer of use to us as we needed it for an event. It said it was out for delivery for the 27th when in fact the package was still in India. We tried to get the package redirected to our event location, but they did it too late, as now we are back from our event location which is 5 hours away from our office.
The customer service was not very helpful as they kept saying they had escalated it to the needed department and I'd get a response in 24-48 hours, which was not helpful when our event was in a couple days time. This turned out to be a complete waste of money and a big dissapointment.

Quick update-customer service actually came theough and we come an agreement……have updated rating.

and also paid for delivery before certain date …..only 2 pieces arrived and the rest a week later……..response has been poor and taking too long to refund……..its a shame,as the quality of goods was high.Will come back here with an update on outcome

Absolutely appalling experience with Banner Buzz.
I ordered two display stands and was never provided with a clear link to upload artwork. Concerned, I contacted their team and spoke to a representative who reassured me that graphics were included. He sent me a link, and I promptly uploaded my artwork.
As my event approached and I still hadn’t received any proof, I chased again, only to be told, just two days before the event, that I hadn’t ordered graphics at all.
This left me completely exposed. No display materials, a damaged impression for my business, and zero accountability from Banner Buzz.
To make matters worse, I am now struggling to secure a full refund despite being clearly misled by their own team.
Poor communication, misinformation, and no ownership of their mistake. I’ve been let down badly and, in turn, let my firm down.
Avoid. I will not be using them again.
