The most useless bank ever, do not open here account at any cost, ATM works maybe 2 days in week (In Coimbra), almost imposible to deposit money, alway 'Fora de servico', recently they removed option to sing transaction with their Prove app, now it is only Prova + SMS , and those SMS never arrive in time, you are being logged out faster than sms is arrived, you can't change that. Phone line is slow, and to fix some issue you need to hang out on line for 30+ plus, even at 08:30 you can hear we are having elevated amount of calss, yes, yes, even at morning or afternoon it is always pre-recorded script.
