So glad we shopped here, friendly and personal advice, no pushy sales pitch. We were looking online but took a chance by going local we ended up with a better deal we will definitely be going back to purchase an upgrade to our old luggage.

They genuinely care about the customer and spend a great amount of time explaining about each individual item of interest. I have bought a number of suitcases and smaller wallets over the years from this shop and am always satisfied with the quality and longevity of the products. I rang the company bagcraft and spoke to a gentleman named Gary who pulled out all stops to process my order.
l received it the following day and used it.
My Rolster trolley design Jet Iris is attractive and light and a joy to use as I do not carry shopping.

Following many searches myself and no luck, I contacted Bagcraft in a last shot looking for a particular purse.
They went absolutely above and beyond to help me (huge shout out especially to Gary!) nothing was any trouble.
I got exactly what I was looking for so I was so happy.

I had an unusual request - I wanted a Rolser bag that was not on the Bagcraft website. I saw the bag I wanted on the Rolser website. The lovely people at Bagcraft kindly enquired about the delivery of the bag I wanted - with the head company in Spain no less. Payment was easy, and Bagcraft had it delivered to my doorstep when they said they would. Such a great experience! And, I totally love the bag!!!

I found the staff in the shop extremely helpful.
I needed a rucksack for work but couldn’t work out the type and size.
I was talked through the entire process and came out with exactly what I needed.
You cannot get this level of service on the internet.

I called in on the off-chance just before 5pm closing time and was greeted in a most friendly and charming way. I was assured that the shop would always stay open for a customer and was shown some beautiful and lovely bags. I have an old vintage Doctor's Gladstone Bag which I use as a brief case. This is now falling apart and I needed a sturdy replacement. I was shown a number of suitable bags and we discussed my general requirements. I was so impressed by the level of customer care & service which must be second to none. This is the first time I have been to "Bagcraft" and came away with just what I needed - a lovely Lombard Bag ideal for all my requirements. This was an exceptional shopping experience which is frequently and sadly missing in this day and age.

Very good service and delivered our case to home.
