Good price, quick and reasonably quick delivery. For some reason my details weret registered so I couldn't log on to the site. There was a quick reply to my query, whcih confirmed the order and delivery details, but the reason fro problems logigng in wasn't identified. I'd be ahppy to shop there agaih.

Love this shops ❤️ always quality leather bags, and a very helpful man to serve you. I brought a full set of brown luggage last year and have had so many compliments wherever I check in, I just kept on adding to my collection with matching leather dresss bag and ruck sack, such quaility and this week I brought a beautiful croc leather Hand bag with smart strap to slide over the suitcase handle. For a local shop, Bagcraft was a revelation. There was a very good selection of luggage, including the Samsonite bag I was looking for. The lady who served me was pleasant and obviously knowledgeable. After discussing and considering my needs, the correct suitcase was proffered, at the right price - matching my online target price with no quibbling. Hard recommend.

Excellent choice of cases by very knowledgeable staff

I recently ordered some luggage from Bagcraft and, although initially it wasn't in stock, they ordered it for me and went to a lot of trouble to get the items I required. They couldn't have been more helpful, even delivering the suitcase to my home.
I would thoroughly recommend this shop and I will certainly take my custom to them again.

I arrived over to my parents' place in Hadleigh and was unable to open my Samsonite case. I gave Bagcraft at Leigh on Sea a call, spoke to Gary who said to bring the case in. I did and Dani helped me to resolve the issue. It tops up that I'm an idiot and there was nothing wrong with the case. Despite no doubt thinking the same, Dani was professional, didn't laugh too loudly and gave me a quick run through of the functionality of the case. Fantastic service and 100% recommended.

Bagcraft know their stuff which really helps when you're buying good quality luggage that you know will last. I totally trust their advice and their prices are comparable to what is available on line. The difference being that at Bagcraft you deal with people and if you have a problem they are there to help. Amazing shop which we are so lucky to have in our town.
