Very bad service and overcharge
It was terrible. I paid an extra £20 tp have my bag taken to check because my arm was broken but the guy whom I dealt with was not the same one transporting. I had to stand in the cold outside in the taxi ramp with a heavy trolley and badly broken arm in a cuff to get my suitcase , put it in the trolley and wheel it with one arm to air canada. I was returning ti Canada for surgery on my arm. The guy did not know me , I did not know what he looked like, I did not have a phone number. They promised to refund my overcharge of £20 but have not done so. Disgusting service . Subsequent to this review I was refunded my £20.
Needless to day I will not use them again. They need to get their logistics in order.

Bag Budy was very helpful and useful
Bag Budy was very helpful and useful instead of carrying my bag around London.
I had to wait longer than expected due to traffic and there was a slight confusion in my terminal drop off but was rectified very quickly.
Definitely recommend and price was very reasonable.

Good & reliable service
Good & reliable service. I used it to transport 3 suitcases to LHR as we were travelling with a baby and would have required an XL taxi to get to the airport. For £62 - all the bags were picked on time and delivered at the assigned dropped off point.

Effortless transfer and so glad we had bag budy!

Fantastic service
From start to finish this was an excellent service and i really feel they went the extra mile for me.

I booked BagBudy at the eleventh hour
I booked BagBudy at the eleventh hour, 24 hours before my flight from London Heathrow to Delhi. The reason I booked it is because I had a foot injury and I didn’t want to lug my suitcases to the airport. I am very impressed with the service. Everything ran seamlessly, I got constant updates about ETA. I had booked the check-in service as well. So not only were my bags delivered on time, I was also checked in a speedy manner. I highly recommend this service, and will be using in the future so I can get the time back and commute to airports stress-free.

Driver picked my bags up, sealed them and dropped them off at the correct times. Customer service was great, very friendly. Saves all the hassles taking them to Heathrow. Highly recommend!
