Quality gear delivered as promised. Great service

We weren’t sure if we should buy a new bag for our trip to Norway but then we had the idea to rent bags since it’s better for the environment and we don’t travel that much. Bagbuddy had great advice about size, they communication was fast and the service excellent! , We’re very grateful for the fact that they even made sure our bags got delivered on time by delivering it themselves!

Bagbuddy’s communication, services and timeliness are top of the line. My wingfoil buddies were all jealous of my high quality Mystic boardbag. Delivered at the right time (an extra day in advance :)) no stress.
The only improvement I noticed was the poor quality of the box in which the bag was delivered. You’ll have to reuse that to send the boardbag back to Bagbuddies. It was torn on pretty much all angles so I had to use lot of tape to restore. All in all still a service worth revisiting!

Amazing service! The stroller was delivered ahead of time, it was in a good quality and helped me a lot during my travel time.

Only one thing, the box that it was shipped in was not in the best condition so it was a bit difficult to close it securely when returing it but otherwise great experience!

Very convenient service to receive the stroller at home and return by post.

Rented a travel child car seat for our vacation. This seat is small and light and easy to take on your travels by car and plane. It was delivered on time and was in perfect condition. I will never rent a seat from a car rental company again. They were flexible and made adjustment to fulfill my request. Very friendly and fast communication! Great service to make sure your child can travel safely. Will definitely recommend

Rented a backpack and daypack for travelling through Brazil. Super service and the perfect solution if you do not use backpacks a lot or need different kinds of bags through the year(s). Definitely will be using Bagbuddy again!

Excelente experience, bag arrived on time and in really good condition.
It’s perfect if you’re going to use a bag only once or twice and don’t want to spend the money or if you don’t have enough storage space for many bags.

Great service! Just travelled to Maldives with 2 boards (7’6 and 6’) - received a Dakine board bag in perfect condition, well padded with inner separator/protector for both boards. The travelbag was received even a day before my requested arrival date. Super easy to repack and return to Bagbuddy.
Beats having to buy several board bags for different trips. Bagbuddy helps you save money, storage space at home and gives you flexibility with board sizes. Will certainly use again!

BoardBaggger rents high-quality bags at a fraction of the cost of purchase, even for longer trips (~2 weeks).

I have used their bags two times already, once in France in May 2023 and once in Marokko in November 2022.

Both times the team was flexible with pick-up and drop-off. Also following up on how the trip is going and providing additional tips.

I highly recommend to simply get in touch with the team and ask about the possibilities if you are going on a trip, and want to take one or more boards yourself.

The boardbag has great quality. They came on time. The baggage was delayed on the airport and they were very patient with us, I’m really pleased with their service and their product. Definitely will keep renting them.
