Recently, I have had to return more items due to differences in sizing and additionally, there is no option on the website to leave a review for individual products to help inform others. For example, I recently purchased a 3-pack of t-shirts; 2 fitted perfectly, the third was too short. I couldn't leave a review and I would have to return 3 t-shirts for the sake of one, so I donated the 3rd t-shirt to charity. The same was true of my most recent order, 3 items ordered, 2 returned.

I orderd 5xT-shirts and 2x tracksuit bottoms, I had a notication from Yodel they would be delivered, then another notification from Yodel to say that they have returned these items back to the sender? they did not even reach my address. I don't know why they were reurned, do you know why??

Ordered a couple of sizes as wasn’t sure how they would fit … but very true to size when they arrived and easy returns on size I didn’t need .. also have since ordered some T shirts which are really good quality and very reasonable.

Everything ordered was delivered very quickly had several orders with them and no problems except the last order had to be returned as too big

Had to pay to return faulty goods!
The item ordered arrived faulty and I enquired as to why I had to pay to return damaged goods, so they sent me a free postage label but then deducted the cost from my refund! Surely this goes against the ‘sale of goods act’? So I’ve ended up paying for it to be delivered and paid for it to be returned, for no item. Customer service just keeps pinging me a message to say they’ve not received the item yet even though they’ve also emailed me to say they have received the item and the refund amount. I can’t be bothered to waste any more time with their customer service so they have successfully robbed me! Will not be buying from here again and would not recommend.

Good quality of all the clothes every time I'd purchase it. I trust BadRhino product online shopping as it showed perfect size. My husband was facinating how the quality of the tshirts,boxers ans socks were all amazing. What a perfect gift for all season. Thank you badRhino.

Bought this as a Xmas present , my son in law loved it ..

Always buy from badrino , but disappointing this time I ordered on Sunday paid extra for delivery that said was available on Monday , thought worse case be here Tuesday and still not here .

I know it’s holidays but site shouldn’t offer what’s not practical

The order arrived exactly as promised. I was a little concerned given the current reputation of the carrier.
The actual goods are brilliant, as I have always found with your company. Size, quality all great. What else can I say? Excellent!
