I had mostly positive experience with my purchase from Backmarket.com. Product was in great condition. Delivery timing was as predicted. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is because of my unpleasant experience with the refurbisher partner who was supposed to process my trade-in device. I found that partner's communication style unclear and unkind. Anyway, Backmarket's communication about preparing the trade-in device for a refurbisher (reminder to erase and disconnect using Find My etc) could be improved upon. Otherwise, it was a decent first time customer experience.

Great experience buying from Back Market! The laptop arrived in the condition described within just a few days of purchase. I was considering returning the product in favor of something else but ended up really liking the purchase. Their 30 day return policy gave me plenty of time to decide. Would not hesitate to buy from them again

I wasn't too sure about buying a phone from Back Market, but after I did some research and browsed the site I took the gamble of ordering a Pixel 7 UNLOCKED. I paid a little over $200 for one in Excellent condition. FAST SHIPPING, EXCELLENT PRODUCT. I would TOTALLY recommend that you take a look at this site & I will be a customer again if I ever need another device .

Fantastic Experience!
It finally came time for me to get a new(er) computer, and Back Market was one of the top sites that kept coming up in my search for a quality refurbished tech site. After going back and forth for a while, I decided to purchase a 2023 MacBook Air. So glad I made the to buy from Back Market! It has the specs I was looking for, and it hasn't disappointed! If I didn't know better, I would have thought it was a brand new laptop right out the Apple store lol. Delivery was quick, packaging was top notch, and the price couldn't be beat. Back Market has gained a loyal customer for all my tech needs!
