One Star is too good for this company !!!

PLEASE DO NOT USE !!!

I ordered a camera on the 27th may 2010, told it would arrive in 3-5 days, was told it would be another week , so I cancelled the order. Also rang DHL to cancel with them, next day camera arrived. DHL collected parcel the next day 9th April. It is now 28th April 2010 and still no refund. They keep saying they will call me back but never do. I'm at my witts end, PLEASE take note of these reviews and DO NOT use this company. They are just not worth the hastle. Refund policy is 7-10 days, what a load of rubbish.

This company, in my opinion, does not deserve anything except avoidance.

On Feb. 26th 2010 I ordered and,by credit card, paid for a Sanyo PLV Z700 projector which was listed on B4U's website at £952.22. It was shown as being in stock and to be delivered within 3-5 days. On Monday 3rd of March I e-mailed the company to enquire about delivery. I quickly received an e-mail informing me that there would be "a slight delay" of "10 days" in delivery and was asked if I wanted to wait or have a refund. I replied that I would wait. Incidentally, their website still showed the projector as being in stock but at a much increased price of £115. On March 4th I received a telephone call from B4U informing me that they had made an error and that they had no PLV Z700 projectors nor could they obtain any, they were now a discontinued item by Sanyo. I pointed out that their website still showed the item for sale and "in stock". The sales manager informed me that this was an error and that the website would be corrected that day. Furthermore, I would receive a refund in 3-5 days. Today, Monday 8th March, B4U's website is still showing the PLV Z700 as being for sale and "in stock" but at an even higher price of £1,121.57. It would appear to me that B4U is offering for sale an item it neither has nor can it obtain but will continue to take customers money. To me this seems deeply dishonest.

dont buy from b4udirect

I ordered a mobile phone it arrived in good time but the phone was for France not UK so had a French manual and charger, box in French, had no english manual and no uk charger, felt totally ripped off, complained and I was told it was stated in the terms and conditions which stupidly I had not read but they should have been upfront and stated it on the description page. They did send me a copy of an english manual which was 72 pages of A4 paper which they had printed off, which could not be read!!!!!!!!!!!
