Oh my!

Well I am new to trustpilot, found it purely because I was looking into whether anyone else was having as bad a time as I am with this company. Waiting for a refund on my case which I have purchased and received from elsewhere now. My advise - avoid!!!

Do not use this company

Ordered camera from b4ucameras for £650+ cancelled order when I was asked to send copy of identification and proof of address before it could be posted as I found this suspicious. Contacted the company by phone, very unprofessional and unhelpful service. Emailed company for a refund, company said I would be refunded within 10-14 days. Various emails sent back and forth with the company who's excuses ranged from we will pass your information to accounts department, to check your spam box, to your refund will be with you in 10-12 days. Some 6 weeks later I had still not received my refund, luckily I had launched a dispute with PayPal, I am so glad I paid with PayPal as the company never responded to the dispute and I was able to be fully refunded by PayPal. I'm sure had I not used PayPal I would have lost out on this large sum of money. I believe all the b4u companies are linked and would never use any of the b4u companies again. I have been in touch with Action Fraud and I urge you to do the same if you have had a similar experience otherwise no action can be taken against this company. Unfortunately I have to give this company one star to post.

Conmen but got refund through Pay pal

Bought item from B4udiect website 10/9, received no email confirming this, only from Pay pal. This didn't seem right and 2 days later looking on Internet saw the bad reviews on this website and immediately opened dispute with Pay pal, had to wait a couple of weeks but on 26th the case was resolved in my favour with total refund from Pay pal. The next day received parcel with no paperwork at all from PO box in Brussels (posted on 26th) containing the item I had already received refund for - weird - if they had the item why not send it before, or reply to emails from me or Pay pal, why wait till I get the refund??. Anyway I was lucky, in more ways than one, but please avoid buying from this company or if you have contact Pay pal or Visa straight away.

No product and, to date, no refund.

I placed my order 6 weeks ago. I received no communications from the company. I telephoned and emailed and was given endless excuses. I have to wait 10 working days (2 weeks) for a refund. I would not recommend this firm. Staff are full of excuses and use bland words like 'fine' when I explained my concerns.

I hate this company

They are basically thieves. They take your money, in my case well over £100, and then then never deliver the goods. I have been promised my money back for over two months now. AVOID!

Lied many times about product being in stock. Never refunded money.

I ordered a graphics card off these guys about 2 months ago, the website said it was in stock. I received order confirmation and assurances the card would delivered within a week. Over the course of the next month I phoned the company 3 or 4 times, each time receiving assurances that the card would be delivered within the next week. After the month was up they finally admitted that the card wasn't in stock and said they would issue a refund. Another month has passed and still no refund. I have handed the details over to my credit card company and they are handling this from now on. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SEND YOUR ORDER OR REFUND YOU.

Worst Shopping Experience On The Internet!!!

I ordered an android phone on the 10th July and my £300 was taken almost straight away from my bank, and I received an email saying my order would take between 7 - 10 days and I would receive a tracking number. After about 9 days I started to send emails and they kept telling me they would escalate/chase my order, and that they would hopefully send me an email the next day 'hopefully' with tracking information. Needless to say it did not arrive. My 3rd and 4th emails were ignored.

On the 3rd of August I decided to open a dispute with PayPal and a couple of days later I received an email saying my order was on it's way and they gave me a tracking number. At last I thought; how wrong was I. Using the tracking number they gave me I tacked it on the DHL website and all it kept saying was 'Shipment Information Received'. After 5 days of this I emailed DHL and asked them if this meant they physically had my parcel, and guess what, they didn't. They said "they had been notified electronically of the shipment to be sent, but the sender has not yet passed the shipment to DHL for transportation and delivery" So they blatantly lied saying my order had been shipped.

Avoid this company like the plague. I wish I had looked at these reviews before I decided to deal with them.

I now wait on the decision from PayPal about a refund. Fingers crossed.

Very poor untrustworthy service

False reassurances of tracking numbers that product wold artrive on time. I therefore cancelled and even the refund was outside of their stated delivery tme (Still wating after 10 working days of refund notification and 1 month after the order was made). The most frustrating thing is their apparent lack of honesty. If customer service was more honest and had warned of possible delays, I would not have been more patient. Instead the false reasurances delayed me by weeks.

Terrible service!

Did not deliver my sons birthday present. I ordered with 10 days notice and called and emailed to confirm it was in stock..they lied! When I called they simply told me to read their terms and would not refund for 10 days! OUTRAGIOUS! DO NOT USE...WHY DIDNT I READ ALL THESE BAD REVIEWS????

Shocking Service!!!

First thing I must say is that I wish I had took notice of all the negative reviews for this company!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased an item which was shown as in stock..... They processed the payment a couple of days later and I received an email stating that I should receive delivery within 5 working days and that I would receive a tracking number.

5 days later NO tracking number so contacted them only to be told that the item was packaged to be delivered and that I would receive the the tracking number some time over the weekend..... this did not arrive!

Contacted company again and was told that due to a backlog of deliveries there was a slight delay but I should receive the tracking number with a day or two...... Yet again nothing happened!!

Contacted them again and was told that they would chase it up with their warehouse and that I should ring back a few hours later. I did this and was told that despatches usually take up to 24 hours to reply to the sales dept !!!!! I tried to explain tried to explain to the very impatient girl that I had been told to ring back just a few hours prior and was promptly told by the girl that she could not do anything about the order and that I should receive it by the end of the week. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told 'NO' I could not because they dont speak to customers (so what do they do all day? sit on their arses while people arent getting their goods???). I then requested a refund only to be told by the girl who at this point was very dismissive and was talking over the top of me that I would have to email them and then they would have to contact despatches which would take up to a further 24 hours.

The girl then stated that once this had been done then a refund would be arranged which could take up to 10 days to process. I found this very unsatisfactory and the way I was spoken to was disgusting. If this is what B4UDirect calls customer service they should be shut down from trading. So at the moment I have no clock (which was actually a gift) and £60 out of pocket until a refund comes through..... thats if it does come through. I would advise anyone looking to purchase from this compay to stay well clear and only wish I had taken notice of the other reviews before ordering.

3 Words - Stay Well Clear

Ordered item 10 days ago, despite phone calls and promise of callback, still have not received my item. They advertise cheap to get high on Google shopping then cannot deliver. My advise, Buy elsewhere and pay extra few quid. This lot are a waste of time.

Dont have the stuff to deliver but take your money

Despite ordering something shown as 'In Stock' on the website and payment being taken immediately, it's now been almost two weeks and still no delivery. Their customer contact is poor - only after I contacted them and they took several days to reply and promised to get goods to me but after another week still waiting. Have now cancelled order and asked vredit card company to take action to recover money. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SHYSTERS.

Chargeback needed!

I have been trying to buy a a present for my son for his birthday. This was the best price on it so the first company I tried. I am so glad that this year I was organised and purchased this 2 months before his birthday as a month after ordering - no scooter, no money, no contact. I am going through a chargeback and have purchased item elsewhere!

philip home cinema system

i bought a home cinema system cost £412.00 within one month the system stop working i hane send it back to the company i was told it will take 28days it bein 2 months now they have refuse to give me an update about the product. when a i ask for a refund they refuse as well. i am taking the matter to court and also i have contacted watch dog to investigate the mater. the staff call jeff, christy and the manager don't care about customer service.

STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY FRAUD

It looks like i will have to involve my credit card company as this company has taken £600 of my money without sending my goods. I have never come across a company on the internet that will debit your money without shipping the goods this sound really suspicious to me…

WORST INTERNET EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUNCH OF COWBOYS. Ordered a Philips 32" TV from them in early January. Not only did they fail to deliver - but they tried to blame me for their cock-up. Then told me I would have to wait until they had done their paperwork before I would get either a delivery or a refund. THREE MONTHS LATER I WAS STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND - it was eventually done after much phone wrangling and stress. But hopeless staff. Terrible customer service. Verging on fraud.
