One man delivery
Doors not installed yet, but happy with ordering, lead times and doors look good BUT was appalled when a single driver in a transit van with no lifting equipment turned up to deliver. He was pretty annoyed that there weren't 2 people here to assist, and I was pretty annoyed that he was on his own with insufficient equipment to move the huge double glazed units. I had to help him lift them off and still in pain a week later.

waited 2 weeks for delivery for them to…
waited 2 weeks for delivery for them to send 1 wrong piece of glass to be told i have to wait another week for delivery. glass was not only the wrong size but also not to the specification i ordered and paid for. spoke to customer service who said there was nothing they can do apart from make me wait another week for the correct piece of glass.
poor customer service. dread to think what the warranty would be like.

Quality door easy to fit on time delivery
Fitter said it was easy to fit with the correct fittings supplied he was very impressed. Door arrived on time and is exactly what we hoped for
