⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Truly a Lifetime Bag!

Away bags truly live up to their reputation as lifetime bags. We recently had an issue with a zipper, and Away’s customer service team was on it right away. They handled our claim quickly and sent us a brand-new bag just in time for our trip!

It’s refreshing to see a company stand behind its products and take such great care of its customers. We couldn’t be happier with both the bag and the service.

What I love about Away is their commitment to excellent service. My carry on bag had its wheels deteriorate right before a trip. The warranty process with Away was great and I appreciated how quickly they responded. I'll definitely continue to be a customer.

First piece of luggage lasted many years before suffering a relatively minor failure but one that rendered one of the inner straps useless. Warranty covered a replacement. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!

It was easy to submit a claim. The issue was promptly resolved.

The zipper on my Away bag broke and then got trapped behind the hinge. The process to submit a claim was quick snd easy; within a few days I was shipped a completely new bag to replace the damaged one.

I have been using Away's large suitcase since 2019 and I am big fan of Away. I noticed the suitcase was cracked on top. I contacted Away immediately and they processed replacement right away. I have received the brand new large suitcase in about 3 days. Happy for their great customer service and their products!

I have had the Active Rolling Duffle 85L in Navy Blue for two years and taken a few trips in that time. At the end of my last trip flying Cancun to Boston I had two holes through the exterior. This was disappointing and I know exterior damage is generally not covered under the warranty but I filed a claim to see if there was any help. Within a few days there was a BRAND NEW duffle at my door. Away is amazing and stands behind their product.

Good response to my claim. V disappointed that the Away bag has such a flawed design that there is a repair kit ready to go.
I was traveling on 4 flights cross country w a suitcase used only once before that had a handle which wouldn’t retract. The problem wasn’t apparent til I was on my trip.

It was amazed at how easy it was to open a claim and far away to send me a new suitcase. I am definitely a customer forever.

My old carryon away bag has a unstitched fabric on the side of the bag. File the claim and send a pic. next day they shipped me a brand new one. Great customer service and warranty policy. Thank you very much.

I own a few pieces of Away luggage & I love them. I recently had a problem with a zipper that jammed & I am pleased to say that the Away brand & team live up to their reputation! They stand by their products & they quickly replaced the item which was still under warranty. Their Customer Service is outstanding. They were patient & kind with me & my skills sending a video. I will purchase more Away products.

Away is a great company. My daughter suitcase was damaged and they got back to us within 48 hours and within three days a suitcase was sent out to her. I will continue to buy away suitcases. They are great and so is customer service and their products
