As an older person who is not computer savvy I found the format easy to complete…I did make a mistake but one of the advisers Zahier, helped me and then updated my policy to say that I may need extra help if I needed to contact them again…

Great service from the call handler
Great service from the call handler, provided a very realistic price package. I still don't understand why I had to move to another car insurance company to then come back to aviva once the other policy expired. If aviva stay competitive they would not lose customers.

SHAMEFUL - A total nightmare
These people are prejudiced against their own clients and do anything not to provide cover. If your Doctor calls a condition one name and you call the condition another they will take your version and try to escape providing cover.
They asked me to provide additional info which I am doing, in the meantime trying to escape providing anything!
They were never like this previously and were absolutely excellent, this appear to be fraudulent behaviour to me. Argumentative staff who are just trying to catch you out. I was not even making a claim!!! It's a total SHAME

PAY your money & hear nothing more!Except rubbish notifications.On trying to login,it's unnecessarily long winded,they keep sending a verification code which expires within about 10 mins.This system was dreampt up by someone on drugs.why so complex ??If i had known this before,then I woukd bever have signed up.AND OF COURSE DON'T EXPECT TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING( AVIVA DON'T WANT TO TO TALK TO THEIR CUSTOMERS BUT AN IDIOT CHATBOT.VERY VERY DISSAPPOINTED.
