I loved using this bracelet a couple of years ago, BUT now I can’t even access my app to sync my bracelet and the website is down as well… now I just wasted $100 for nothing..

The Ava bracelet is reimbursed by thousands of companies. For women who are planning for pregnancy, actively trying, or just want to learn more about their cycles. The female body has been ignored by science for far too long. Ava aims to be a long-term companion for women, providing data-driven and scientifically proven insights along all stages of their reproductive lives. Women want a better understanding of their bodies. Ava provides it by conducting women’s health research, developing innovative products based on that research, and educating to ensure the findings are accessible to all women. Our flagship product, the Ava bracelet, was launched in the US in July 2016, and is now sold worldwide. Worn only during sleep, it provides women with real-time, personalized information about fertility, pregnancy, and general health. The Ava bracelet is the first and only FDA-cleared wearable device that is clinically proven to identify both the opening and closing of the fertile window, letting you know your five best days to try for a baby. Just wear the Ava Bracelet at night to see your five best days to conceive in real time. Ava takes you beyond ovulation day, so you can use your full fertile window to increase your chances of pregnancy. How Ava Conceive works: There are six days a cycle when it's possible to get pregnant. Ava Conceive is clinically proven to recognize five of them. It's easy. Wear Ava to sleep The Ava bracelet collects continuous data while your body is at rest. Wake up and sync In the morning, sync your bracelet to the app to instantly see your results. See your most fertile days Ava Conceive pinpoints your five best days to try for a baby as they're taking place. Track the most fertile days with the greatest accuracy Ava Conceive detects more fertile days than LH tests, which only predict one or two. It works more precisely than a period-tracker app or fitness wearable, which can only estimate your fertile window. And it delivers results in real time, unlike the retrospective temperature method. Avoid fuss and mess With Ava Conceive there’s no need to wake up early to take your temperature or remember to pee on a stick. Just wear the bracelet at night and sync with the app in the morning to see your fertility status in real time. Follow your cycle phases and keep tabs on your health Ava Conceive tracks physiological signals that act as markers for your fluctuating hormone levels. This allows it to detect—not simply predict—which phase of the menstrual cycle you’re in. In addition to fertility tracking, Ava Conceive displays health parameters like temperature, sleep, physiological stress, and resting pulse rate—letting you know when you’re in the best place to make a baby. Track your pregnancy When you get pregnant, continue using Ava Conceive to follow your progress with graphs, trend analysis, and week-by-week content for the whole nine months.

I got pregnant the first month I tried…
I got pregnant the first month I tried Ava!!! I am so impressed with how easy it was to use and how accurate it is in predicting my fertile window. Also, the peace of mind I got from not having to worry about ovulation testing every morning was a gift! Worth every penny!!!
Good app with little technical problems
It was good to find out all the details about my cycle. Sometimes there were technical problems, but not that bad.
Second time getting pregnant!
Second time getting pregnant using the Ava Bracelet! It's a little spotty on recording sleep, but besides that it has worked great for us on predicting our fertile window. Also love all of the info once you are pregnant, too!
Not worth the price point
I have struggled with several nights of lost data due to the device not syncing properly. The bracelet is also not as durable as expected (one of the silicone clasps broke after one month of wear).
I have used a free phone fertility app concurrently with Ava and I have actually found the free app to be more accurate. Once transitioning to pregnancy mode in Ava, I was asked questions that the application should have already known due to it being logged in the system (first date of my last menstrual period). Overall disappointed with the service for the price tag.
My Ava bracelet broke and they sent me…
My Ava bracelet broke and they sent me a brand new one. I’m very grateful for company’s that take responsibility when their products no longer work. I love my Ava bracelet. And I just found out I’m 5 weeks pregnant!
Waste of money and terrible customer service
Customer service is horrible. The Ava started acting up, not recording at all on some night or giving me error messages stating that I slept less than 4 hours(not true) so it can’t pull the data because you have to sleep a minimum of 4 hours. I contacted customer service, you can only do it by email, no chat or phone options, it takes them 48h to get back to me. They send me some options to do which I followed and some of them I had already done as I was automatically maintaining and told me to let them know after reset etc after 24. Next day, I get the same results again, it didn’t record correctly and didn’t give me any data. I emailed them again numerous times informing them that their instructions didn’t make a dent like they have advised to and I never heard back. Not surprised because their product is defective, and they don’t want to replace it because their instructions didn’t work. They are the most expensive ones in the market and yet their customer service is absolutely horrible. Add to that, that their belt breaks all the time, along with the holder and you have to pay for it every time. So my advise, don’t waste your money because issues always happen and they’re not there to respond. When your Ava breaks for no reason, they’re not there to replace it or fix, they want you to spend Money again and buy a new one.
Helpful tool
If used consistently every night it is a great fertility tracking device. I started using it after coming off the pill and to track my cycle. Also gives good insight into the quality of your sleep. It takes sometime to get used to but found it a very helpful tool.
Love the app even without the watch…
Love the app even without the watch (not available at the moment), the app helped me understand and plan my cycle better and is full of d’actes checked relevant information.
Informative and accurate
Informative and accurate. Also a good pregnancy tracker once pregnant.
Great data, terrible wristband
Super helpful to have all these data points tracked while you sleep. Was able to get a good picture of my cycle in only two cycles.
The wristband is flimsy and uncomfortable. It broke very quickly and fell off in the night. I ended up making my own soft fabric wristband and it’s way better.
They didn’t stand by the product and…
They didn’t stand by the product and refused to replace my broken strap on my bracelet.
Good product, Improvable quality, really bad customer service
The product itself is really great. Reliable, intuitive, easy to use and provides exciting insights. Unfortunately, the strap breaks quickly. I have been using Ava for around 6 years and have already had to order a replacement strap 4 times. Unfortunately, I can't say anything good about the customer support either. I had to replace the strap once again beginning of this year. Since my first message to the customer support in April 2023, for every following email I have not received a reply from them for weeks or even months (!). Not even when I asked several times. When I did receive a reply, it was very short only saying that there's no replacement in stock. No advice, no support, no further information, no discount or anything. I have not been able to use my bracelet since April 2023, I have not been helped and haven't even received any information on what to do nor have I been offered a discount for the months of trouble. In my opinion that is absolutely not customer-friendly. Even though the product is really great, I will no longer recommend Ava. Customer care is at least as important as customer acquisition. From my point of view, they have a lot of catching up to do here.
The Ava bracelet made tracking easy
Using the Ava bracelet made tracking ovulation easy. For us it was accurate and reliable. When we started TTC, we were able to succeed in 4 months. I highly recommend it to any friends looking to track their cycles better.
Pretty perfect track record
This is my third time using Ava to get pregnant- all three times I conceived on the first try. I will say that they tend to get my ovulation date wrong by a day or so (when compared to fertility friend and LH strips)- but it is great combined with other methods, and especially if you come in with information about your own fertility. I’ll add that I also used my Ava to assist with natural family planning for years. Love my Ava!
I used this tracker for 1.5 cycles
I used this tracker for 1.5 cycles, and got pregnant right away. I love have the data right at my fingertips and watching the trends. I also love how it will adjust timing based off my vitals.
Great fertility tracking!
This watch makes it super convenient to track multiple inputs to fertility. I LOVE the data it gives me and it’s the only app that shows cycle over cycle history overlaid like Ava does which allows me to look at each metric over every cycle to compare.
4 stars due to:
Periodically the articles will open in French.
When you are pregnant and turn on the pregnancy setting, you lose access to the history tracking I called to above.
Very poor bracelet quality
Very poor bracelet quality. One night the bracelet broke in half. Very expensive and the quality is terrible!!!!!!! Don't buy!!!
Disappointing customer service.
I have been waiting for a response from you for almost two weeks as to what your plans are to fix or replace my malfunctioning bracelet. Case 252347. Show your customers you give a crap and answer your emails.
If you’re trying to conceive, purchase now!
The Ava bracelet is one of the main reasons I have been able to get pregnant! It took so much of the stress out of trying to conceive. I have referred the Ava bracelet to many friends and family, everyone has been so happy with their results!
