Very good buy
Been looking for a presure washer for a while and AVA gets really good reviews glad i got one super fast postage all in all a great buy very happy

If you are looking for any after sales support from this company you can forget it. Once you have spent your £500+ on one of their high end machines you are on your own!
They use 3rd party agents that are less interested than AVA are if you can believe that?
Machine not been used 5 times and blows fuses everytime you attempt to use the machine! Now apparently it needs a 5 year service kit fitting by an agent that is little interested in visiting my property as is the norm or has been for the last 42 years I have owned a home. Claims I told him I was going to him??? Deluded!! 160 mile round trip! Can you imagine me offering to go to him! Really!!!!
Had Karcher machines for two decades no issues only hoses new lance and attachments I chose to purchase. Give a 10 or 20 year warranty that is about as useful as AVA their agent or their machine I parted money for. Well known for issues of blowing fuses but I never did my homework as my late mother bought it as a gift for me. I have not got receipt but purchased through Halfords. Had I got the receipt you know where it would be and I would not have to listen to fairytales that have been visited upon me.
A catastrophic experience dealing with AVA something I would not wish on my worst enemy! No wonder Halfords have no stock, likely sick of the hassle!
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND GET REVIEWS ON THEM EITHER HERE OR ON THE WWW (World Wide Web) you do not want leaving in my position trust me on that. More chance of finding Lord Lucan riding Shergar than getting any satisfaction with AVA or their chosen partners and seems to be a pattern forming in failure, that is machines and agents!! Remember once you have spent your hard earned money likely be up the creek without a paddle!!!! Keep you all posted but does not make good reading here or on the web. All too uh little too late and you surely do not want to be the author of your own misfortune!!!! Certainly a storm brewing!!!

UPDATE:
Here, this company now trying to tell me my late mother bought the AVA pressure washer a year earlier than my mother actually did. Obviously did not give me the receipt but now thanks to my sister I now have the payment was found on PayPal and a year later than AVA are claiming. Also that I have been offered so much when the AVA service agent here in Northern Ireland forgot about me!! Disgusting all of it and certainly not what would be expected of a company that claim what they do? Have a read, but more importantly be mindful to register your machine within 6 months even Halfords have machines they are peddling on a year after the manufacturer claims my late mother purchased it? Never mind the 10 or 20 year they claim as only about 7 months old nowand been used 6 times at most!! Rachel knows when she was contacted about the piece of dirt!. Was in the box until at least March of this year and here we are squabbling about warranty and registration?? What a company it really is! Been going on months so I wonder why Rachel did not register it for me in April /May when Ifirst contacted her. Thought I was telling lies about purchase date or whatever, who knows?? Who cares more like!!! Pathetic and certainly not the blue chip company they portray themselves as! Very disappointing to say the least! Sorry my late mother ever purchased it for me but I did try to do my homework about these pressure washers by reading the information on their website? Cannot believe everything you rea! BE MINDFUL!!!
Believe me you do not want the hassle this company will bring you! Rachel all but called my late mother a liar as claimed this was old machine but then got PayPal receipt and Halfords receipt and clearly indicated when machine was purchased. Anything to get out of their obligation!Would not wipe my feet on them!! Then told Icould have some parts I could stick on myself, or the case would be closed!! Yes that is correct a machine that was 4 months old that has been used maybe 6 times and not fit for purpose! Always the Thatcherite way in the end when narrative does not suit!
You have been warned! This company’s 20 year guarantee is not worth a carrot!! Not worth anything after 4 months old, not fit for purpose this machine or this company.
Sorry Idid not read other reviews as clear pattern forming! Maybe if you take it to Norway you might get some assistance but not sure about that????
Seem to be dumping old stock on Halfords then claim it was bought when they decide. Rachel is a real asset to this company but in truth Rachel and the company are the flip side of the same filthy coin! What an operation! They deserve one another but in the end it all comes back to bite you, trust me on that!!!! Talk a good story but beware!!!! Just look at the idiotic response below from some nameless malevolent clown!

I’ve been really impressed with my AVA pressure washer. The build quality feels far better than many of the big-name alternatives I’ve used, and it comes with a generous warranty which gives plenty of confidence in the product.

Had an issue, that rectified with a replacement part in less than 48 hours under the warranty.

Great fast service and a even better pressure washer

I have an issues with my Ava Easy P60 which prevent the machine from working. I have contacted uk support by email regarding warranty and help. However it takes 2-3 to get a response. Extremely frustrating as they want me to take my machine apart and take photos and videos. I’m not really sure what I’m doing! When I have further queries it’s another 2-3 days to get a response. I’ve been told there is no support telephone number which is crazy and communication is all by email.Really not happy and is taking the shine off what was a brilliant machine

Sorry I haven’t been back
Sent my Easy P60 back to uk repair centre and they found the issues and replaced the parts. All done and returned in 7 days which was very good. There is still a challenge with communication as you deal with Norway by email so replies take 2 days and if you send on a Friday nothing till Monday Tuesday, just be aware. They are very friendly and helpful just sometimes not easy to communicate your problems over email. Just persevere and you will get there. Still love this machine and recommend it. I’ve updated rating now to 4 stars. Many thanks Ava

Excellent service delivered very quickly the best product out there

Prompt delivery, easy warranty registration and most importantly a great easy to use pressure washer for cleaning our cars.

I had an issue with a metal lance provided with my new Ava Go P55, but this was very quickly resolved in an email to customer support, and Tor from support arranged for a replacement lance to be sent to me.

I purchased my ava master p60 after watching reviews and doing plenty of research. My machine comes with a 20 year warranty which was very appealing. For the first time in 2 years ive had a small issue.

When I contacted ava I provided my serial number and original purchase invoice. I described my issue and sent a video.

You have the option to then have the machine fixed free of charge by sending it away, or fixing it yourself.

Withing 24hrs (less than) i had been told what the issue is, linked the parts needed and also linked an in depth easy to follow instructions on how to replace.

This was followed by a code to get the part free of charge, and another code for free shipping.

This is the customer service you want, no hassle or arguing. Straight up answers and a fix at no cost of my own.

I spoke wigh Rachel through email who was fast at replying, polite, well informed and very efficient at her job.
