Spent 47 mins going through with an…
Spent 47 mins going through with an agent yesterday, asked for quotes to be sent, only sent the dearest then phoned again today to pay and on for another 50 mins and couldn’t retrieve quotes from yesterday so had to start all over again and then wanted to charge more than quoted the day before
CC payment failed three times even though he said I can pay by Amex, clearly couldn’t horrendous time wasting and bad service

Thank you for your review, I am sorry to hear that the service you received recently was not up to our usual high standard.
When we email quotes, the system will send you the one which is applicable to your wants and needs, which is built up during the quote, with your selected answers to the questions.
I do apologise that the agent was unable to retrieve the previous quotes and the price difference, I can see that the agent has applied a discount for this.
We have only recently started accepting Amex payments, please be assured that this will be investigated and ensure that a fix is put in place if there is a system error.
My sincerest of apologies for the frustration and inconvenience caused. Thank you for choosing Avanti and enjoy your holidays.
