Rated 1 out of 5 stars

A very bad or inexistant customer service, most definitely a business with very suspicious code of ethics.

I have created a listing on their website to sell a second hand car. After giving all the vehicles details and filling my personal data, I bought a promotion plan using online card payment. The money was debited within 5 minutes, but I never received a confirmation receipt or an invoice.

Furthermore, that listing could only be activated by adding a code sent by email. I have never received such email and nothing in the spam box. I repeated this operation 11 times, and still no email..
The only message I did receive once, was to authorise a change of access code to my autoscout account which I never asked for.
Finally I contacted the customer service 3 times by email and only received 3 automated messages. Not a proper email, not a phone call.
When trying to contact the company by phone, all i got was an answering service.

As a result I paid for an unpublished listing.

It surely looks like a scam and at best a terrible customer service.
