Exceptional service: one of the best examples of kindness, dedication and customer service!
While travelling through Denmark, my engine warning light suddenly came on late on a Saturday afternoon. By that time, every workshop was already closed, and I found myself stranded with my dogs, unsure of what to do next. After just one phone call, Simon and Jessica immediately got into their car and met me at their workshop. They even managed to organize the necessary part on Saturday evening and repaired the car.
It also meant so much to me how relaxed and accommodating they were about my five sled dogs staying in the car throughout the entire time.
From the very first moment, I felt completely taken care of and in the best possible hands.
