Everything was perfect. The staff was always friendly, the car was relatively new and super clean. Nobody tried to sell us additional stuff we didn’t need. The airport transfer was fast and easy.

Great experience! Although the office is only about a 10-minute walk from the airport, they still picked us up and dropped us off with a complimentary shuttle, which was very convenient.
The exact car we had reserved wasn't available, but we received a great replacement at no extra cost. The car was clean, in excellent condition, and had all the features we needed for a comfortable trip.
Communication via WhatsApp was also excellent quick, friendly, and very helpful. Overall, I would definitely recommend this car rental company and would happily rent from them again.

10 days car renting in Sicily
Car Pickup
Very difficult to find the office due to location and lack of indications, including the desk not answer at phone.
Quite long process. Quite stressful the manner how they try to convince you to buy their full insurance despite you are already covered.
Renting: good car but quite dirty inside.
Rerun: very fast, the guy checked for demages in a vary fare manner!
I rented for cost saving but sometimes better to spend more and to have less stress…

Flawless experience from start to finish!I rented a car from this agency at Bari Airport (BRI) for a week-long road trip around Puglia, and I couldn't be happier. The desk was easy to find in the arrivals hall, and the staff was professional, fast, and spoke perfect English.The car (a clean, modern Fiat 500) was in impeccable condition with a full tank of gas. I highly recommend taking their full insurance (kasko) for absolute peace of mind while driving through narrow Italian streets. Drop-off was incredibly quick and hassle-free, taking less than 5 minutes. No hidden fees or unexpected charges. Will definitely use them again next time I visit Bari!

Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish. I booked through a third-party platform, yet everything was well organized when I arrived. The shuttle was ready, the administrative process was quick and efficient, the contract was clear and transparent, and communication was excellent throughout.
Communication via WhatsApp was fast, with very little waiting time for replies. For such a small rental office, the level of organization, responsiveness, and customer service was truly impressive. What really stood out was the team's positive, "can-do" attitude—nothing felt like a problem, and they genuinely wanted to help. And all for reasonable price.
After more than 15 years of renting cars around Europe, I can honestly say this has been the best car rental experience I've had. I only wish more rental companies operated with the same professionalism, efficiency, and customer-focused approach.
Highly recommended—I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again.

An experience of fraud leading to police reporting
Automania sold me full coverage insurance but later made the claim that I lost extra equipment in the car which was never present upon collection. When I protested against the claim, Automania took my 100 Euro fuel deposit (even though I delivered the car with more fuel than it had when collected), and then tried several times to withdraw all the funds I had on my credit card. I had to report them to the police and block my credit card.

We didnt really get the SUV shown in booking picture or mentioned under the list of similar cars (instead a Chinese Omoda when booking a VW SUV), but the car was o.k. to drive so no complaints in that respect.

Good service, not so easy to find though
Everything was good using AUTOMANIA except the drop off address was not accurate. I’m not sure if this is due to works going on but it was good that I was not charged for returning it slightly late.
