Worst car I ever had
Worst car I ever had. The keys always disconnect from the car. Automania told me, that the battery probably died and I should buy another battery. Turned out it is the car not the battery. No support on their side.

Overall, the car was in good condition, but the child car seat was a huge disappointment. It was old, dirty, and torn.
We rented the seat for our 5-month-old baby, but it was completely unsuitable for an infant. Our baby was sinking into the seat because it did not provide proper support. There was no leg support, and the baby's body was not positioned correctly, which put unnecessary strain on the spine. Our child was clearly uncomfortable throughout the journey.
A rental company should ensure that child car seats are clean, well-maintained, and appropriate for the age and size of the child. Safety equipment for infants should always meet modern standards.

They condicted fraud at car return
At the return of the car out of the office hours I returned the car without a schratch and took photos of it. Automania sent me photos of suposably my car at another location with schratches on both sides of the car, but on the photos you can see in reflection another car same model and colour. They condicted fraud to take 440 eur from me, without even noticing me.

If any damage is identified during the subsequent inspection the damages are then assessed by the partner body shops we work with. Once the repair estimate is received, Automania will proceed with charging the corresponding amount.

Good, will rent a car here again if i come back
To was easy to find the place, we had to wait a little, but nothing wrong with that, we got a car, it was in perfect condition. We drove almost 100 km with it and no real issues with the car, only that to didn't like the heat but that is understandable 😂. And we had a good end service. Friendly staff

Staff & location OK. Car not what reserved.
The pick-up and return process was very quick and hassle-free. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout the rental.
My only disappointment was that I did not receive the Volkswagen T-Roc I had reserved. Instead, I was given a Nissan Townstar, which I considered to be a downgrade. The replacement vehicle did not match the quality or characteristics of the car I had booked. I hope that in the future reserved vehicle models can be provided as booked, or that customers are offered a replacement vehicle of a similar standard when this is not possible.

A week after I returned the rental car, Automania charged €0.01 to my credit card. It is not about the single cent itself, but rather the grounds for taking such unilateral action. On the other side, I should note that the deposit they had blocked when the car was rented was released after four days—following a reminder email.

No hassle !
Small place close to Bari airport, after checking in electronically the day before (easy to understand application, you upload your passports, driver licences, etc) the check in was fast and easy. But then we waited a long time for the car, some processes and communications are not very efficient. Car was clean and without important scratches. The return was super smooth, as we arrive very early in the morning, the guy at the counter closed the file promptly and took the same car to lift us to the airport, so we didn't need to get our luggage out before getting to the airport doors.

Erverything was perfectly organized and there was on waiting time.
We received a Message and a call from automania as soon as we arrived at the Airport. A Shuttle picked us up outside the Airport and dropped us at the Parking where the office and Cars are located. We directly received the Car and were ready to Go.
Also the Return of the Car went fast and without complaints. The Shuttle for the airport was already waiting when we returned the Car.

Everything was perfect. The staff was always friendly, the car was relatively new and super clean. Nobody tried to sell us additional stuff we didn’t need. The airport transfer was fast and easy.

Great experience! Although the office is only about a 10-minute walk from the airport, they still picked us up and dropped us off with a complimentary shuttle, which was very convenient.
The exact car we had reserved wasn't available, but we received a great replacement at no extra cost. The car was clean, in excellent condition, and had all the features we needed for a comfortable trip.
Communication via WhatsApp was also excellent quick, friendly, and very helpful. Overall, I would definitely recommend this car rental company and would happily rent from them again.

10 days car renting in Sicily
Car Pickup
Very difficult to find the office due to location and lack of indications, including the desk not answer at phone.
Quite long process. Quite stressful the manner how they try to convince you to buy their full insurance despite you are already covered.
Renting: good car but quite dirty inside.
Rerun: very fast, the guy checked for demages in a vary fare manner!
I rented for cost saving but sometimes better to spend more and to have less stress…
