Cancellation is not for free, even 1 month before

I must cancel a booking starting in 1month, autoescape terms and conditions affirming free cancellation and total refund. This is false. In the reality they are asking 30€ for money back (for the management of request) or, for the whole price, a bonus with expiring date and valid just for my person. Trying to send a complaint formular I fall in the miserable game of password incorrect, not valid request etc etc . Keeping on cancelling my booking and having my money back, hope my opinion about autoescape could improve
