DON'T BUY OFF THESE
DON'T BUY OFF THESE , the wrong part was sent I started a returns process , the part needs to be returned to Berlin costing over £15.00 . I put my number plate in so I should of received the correct part , but didn't . You have to pay for the return even though the wrong part came .

Great prices ,normally fast delivery, be aware if any item is out of stock the main order could be delayed, so best to cancel the out of stock item because they dont tell you how long it will take to get stock in, otherwise service is good and returns are handled swiftly and with ease.

Ordered a reversing lamp for a fiat…
Ordered a reversing lamp for a fiat punto, put my registration number in . It took 5 days to arrive despite paying £8.25 for delivery. The part came described as a red & white reversing lamp and was described as this on the wrapping inside. It was given to the body shop to fit on with a new bumper. When I went to collect I noticed it was red & red (not red & white) as per the description, which means that it’s a fog light not a reversing lamp. The company won’t refund me because the body shop has fitted it to the car as we wouldn’t have been able to have the car back otherwise. The company are falsely selling goods with an incorrect description and when I challenged them they say there is small print to not guarantee parts fit unless a vin number is given. What a waste of £45 … will not be using this company again . Not happy

Absolutely shambolic,
Ordered car parts at the beginning of June, only to discover they were the wrong parts because they weren’t as advertised. I returned them on 21 June and six weeks later I’m still waiting for my refund.
Customer service keep blaming the international courier, but a return to Germany doesn’t take six weeks. I’m not that gullible—I wasn’t born yesterday. It’s just one excuse after another from a company that clearly doesn’t value its customers.
I really wish I’d spent the extra £30 and bought locally in the first place. Lesson learned.
