Their customer service has been really pleasant and competent. I think I must have asked them a thousand questions and they have answered everything patiently. Their website is straight forward and easy to use.

Their service is pretty quick and efficient. My package showed up on their system less than an hour after I got the delivery notification from AusPost. A couple of days later I received a pre-delivery photo and then the package was shipped. Today I got the package in perfect shape.

In terms of shipping services, they offer all the major ones so you can choose whichever works best for you.

What really baffles me is the few reviews that had mentioned the costs being high. This is not the case at all. Ausff is charging very little for their own services, and as for the shipping costs, that's each shipping service's prerogative. A direct quote from DHL, Fedex or any of the rest of them shows the same price. [I actually checked this.]

All in all I'm very happy I found Ausff and I'd definitely do business with them again.

Fantastic experience with AUSFF. Desperately wanted a book that was out of stock worldwide other than in Australia, and the bookseller wouldn’t ship outside of Australia and New Zealand. So I cold-called AUSFF, set up an account, and crossed my fingers. To my amazement the book arrived in Canada fewer than two weeks later in pristine condition. I recently learned of forwarding services that serve other countries, and I had my eye on something I wanted to purchase but wasn't offered to the USA. I was told about freight forwarding services, and I ran a search and read reviews for AUSFF. There were countless reviews on several sites of overwhelming satisfied customers who had many great things to say about their experiences with AUSFF's services. I immediately had confidence in this company and pulled the trigger on placing the order. I received the mailing address immediately, and I was able to make the purchase within minutes of signing up. The same day the item was delivered to/received by AUSFF I was notified via email, and I submitted my choice in shipping speed AND courier service. They offer extremely reasonable prices on the final leg of shipment as well. No surprise fees or hoops to jump through. Make sure when placing an order to include the special alphanumeric code they provide you when you create an account; this is what helps AUSFF quickly and efficiently get your package to you. I placed this code in address line 2 when I placed the order with the vendor. I chose a one-time service which was being offered at no cost for a promotion, but regular cost for this is only $5. You can't beat that, in my opinion. The terms are simple, cut and dry. The day I paid for the final shipping cost, I also received a confirmation email with the tracking number. To say I am impressed would be an understatement. I had no idea how easy this could be! I can't speak on other companies, but I won't be needing to look into that as I will be using AUSFF for all my freight forwarding needs. I am blown away, and I hope that this review can instill confidence for anyone needing assurance that their goods are in the best hands possible!

Even though i couldnt get verified they sent out my parcel after i paid for it.
Will use them again in the future.

PS I dont see why they need to verify people thats abit too much even if its too stop from fraudelent use. There are other ways that are less annoying.

Anyways Highly recommended.
