R&M Motors are an independent VW Audi service centre that I was first introduced to when I purchased a used Audi Q7 from Evans Halshaw and they didn't have the skills to fix it under warranty by their own people. We now use them all the time and also for our other car a BMW X3. Radi and Milan are brothers who run the company, you couldn't wish to meet nicer people, they are always smiling, friendly and willing to help, are extremely knowledgeable. They can even do complex jobs like calibrating the radar on my adaptive cruise control and have the ability to connect to Audi and electronically 'stamp' your service history. They only ever use genuine parts but when our BMW needed exorbitantly priced rear discs they gave us the choice before supplying OEM ones that were identical in quality (I'm a former engineer, I know).
If there's a complaint it's that there's a long lead time to book your car in. This is a consequence of their own success I guess. That having been said, they were able to pull off an emergency repair for me when I left the car with them for several days. What an amazing company!
