I bought UGG boots for my wife from Londonstore.it via Tradeinn in November 2024. Worn max between 6 and 10 times up to December 2025. "Fluffy" section of the right boot started disintegrating after a few short uses. (I can provide images of the issue showing boots in perfect condition except for the "fluff" that's peeling off). UGG gives a 2-year waranty apparently. Issue reported to Tradeinn in November 2025. Tradeinn informed me to get in touch with the retailer directly, so Londonstore.it in this case. Did as instructed. The store was not helpful at all and claimed that the problem would not be deemed as manufacturer's defect, but damage and advised us to contact UGG Europe directly. My wife left 1 star review on Trustpilot due to lack of professionalism and understanding, poor customer service and general feeling of trying to blame the customer for a genuine issue with the product itself. So, anyway, contacted UGG Europe as instructed and their response was that we need to contact the retailer directly as all warranty claims need to be submitted by the retailer. We did as instructed again and their response was that they will look into it, but asked us to remove the negative Trustpilot review first. My wife removed it and all contact with the retailer ceased after this. They don't reply to emails, follow ups or to anything else. Really disappointed, because I genuinely believe there is a manufacturing defect present here. Boots are in excellent condition and you can see that they were not worn much at all. Of course I still have them and can provide any images and info to any party involved in the matter. If somebody would like to inspect them in person, it's not a problem either (just to prove that images were not digitally altered). So, all in all, I've got no issues with Tradeinn, but Londonstore.it will not ever get even €1 from me ever again.

Awesome service overall, bought a gift for my wife and it arrived on time, however as it was bit smaller than expected I had to return it back, customer service has taken my request without any further questions. At the end I bought the correct size and my wife loves it!

I needed to return an item which was not as described on the website. Communications with customer services were answeredpromptly and a refund was granted on production of my Post Office tracking code. I was a little cross to have received the wrong item after waiting two weeks for delivery, but because they have been so helpful, I will give them another try.

Excellent customer service. I cannot fault the speed & politeness of my dealings. It’s just a shame I had to return the item due to a defect as the boots were otherwise beautiful.

Very good price and fast shipping. Unfortunately to small, but I could return the item without additional costs and have received complete refund.

Excellent service, ordered shirt on December 29th, received December 31st - thought I'd be waiting a week or so especially this time of year.
Perfect condition, safely packaged. 10/10

The product was great, price also great. The shipping ended up being a bit complicated and blind. I ordered a pair of shoes to Denmark and obviously it was transported through several countries and several companies too. The tracking was actually lost and the tracking number did not show any results.
I contacted London Store's customer support and they responded within 1 day with tracking information from a shipping company that I didn't know had my parcel. I received 0 emails and 0 SMS or calls regarding their attempt to deliver. Something to work on, but I am not sure exactly whose issue this is. Other than that, product 10 out of 10 as well as customer support.

I rarely write reviews, but I would like to thank you for the excellent service. My inquiries were answered promptly and very friendly. A return also went smoothly. I will definitely shop here again!

Ordered 2 hoodies weeks ago and have heard nothing. Wrote emails to them and have no reply. Very poor customer service. Stay well clear and shop elsewhere.

Absolutely no communication. Ordered a shoe almost 1 week ago (17th May) and still no updates. Since tried to cancel however cannot get through to the support team for assistance. Full on scam at this point.

I encountered a delivery issue, but the customer service team was incredibly professional and quick to assist - and they resolved the problem promptly. Unbelievable service! I ordered a pair of Doc Martens that I have been wanting for a long time off London Store for a great price. They came within 2 days to Ireland which I could not believe.
Shipping was super quick and my Docs came exactly as described and I am so happy with them.
I'll definitely be looking to buy more from them in the future :)

First of all, I was very happy to find Vagabond Boots, that I really wanted -50% via eBay. When I noticed that they don't fit my feet well I sent them back. Unfortunately eBay took yeaaaars to refund me but London Store was a great help with that. Thank you
