AudioDeluxe Customer Experience: Initial Issue Resolved with Responsive Service

I recently placed an order for FL Studio Producer Edition, which was unfortunately canceled shortly after due to a "risk notification" from their payment processor. Despite my full and immediate cooperation (replying to their email, and contacting them via Facebook and Instagram for identity verification), the transaction was declined, and my order was canceled. My frustration was compounded when I discovered that my account had also been deleted, a level of poor service I have never experienced with other major music retailers.

However, I am updating this review because the AudioDeluxe team successfully resolved the situation.

The customer service was professional in the follow-up, demonstrating a commitment to resolving the issue by:

Providing a Clear Explanation: They clarified that the initial decline was due to a mismatch in the billing/card information, and the account removal was a standard procedure for a first-time, canceled order.

Offering a Goodwill Gesture: They apologized for the inconvenience and offered a discount coupon to ease my frustration.

Ensuring a Successful Outcome: I was able to place a new order (this time using PayPal), which was processed successfully. The team followed up to ensure I was completely satisfied.

Despite a frustrating and time-consuming start, I am pleased with how AudioDeluxe managed the complaint, providing a clear solution and explanation. Their responsive customer service ultimately turned a bad experience into a successful purchase.

Although there are good deals the deluxebucks reward is very difficult and unclear to redeem. On different browser pressing redeem button just does nothing and there is very little information compared to others vendors of this sort.
Although we had a constructive tehcnical insight around the problem with support.

AD are the best if not THE best…

AD are one of the best if not THE best plugin companies out there
I had bought a product from them, which I then realised I had purchased already from another company a while ago
I explained the situation, sent them screenshot etc
Without hesitation, they gave me a refund, which was absolutely fantastic, even though it was my fault

Not only that. There plugin deals are great and also get additional discounts on top of that.

These guys are TOP NOTCH, no doubt about it!!!!

AD is top shelf

AD is top shelf - they had great Black Friday prices *and* a 10% discount code.
They were very helpful to me when I had some questions and issues with the access code from one of the vendors (although the problem had nothing to do with AD)

Wonderful In Person support

Good deals but they don't publish honest negative reviews

I bought the Universal Audio Luna 2.0 Pro bundle from them, and from day one the software absolutely did not work as advertised on my Windows machine. It caused crashes, freezes, graphical issues, and other problems that made it completely unusable. Many Windows users have reported the same issues online if you want to check.

When I wrote an honest 1-star review about my experience with Luna, along with a positive 5-star review of another software i bought from them, the 5-star review was published immediately, but the 1-star review has still not been published to this day. When I asked them why, they told me that my review was not about the product I bought (because I focused on Luna and not the plugin bundle… which makes no sense). And that's why you only see 4-5-stars reviews on their website.

So even though they offer great deals and the opportunity to buy software at good prices, I cannot accept a practice where paying customers are silenced when their reviews are negative. I will not support any company that engages in this kind of dishonest and illegal behavior, and I highly recommend reporting it to the Federal Trade Commission if this ever happens to you, because it is simply unacceptable.

Edit to reply to the company:
By writing that they publish all reviews that are relevant to the bought product, they are clearly saying that they select reviews that serve their interest which is illegal and not the purpose of a review. Reviews are meant to serve the interest of customers (the public) because a company that just publishes what make them look good is misleading poeple.
As for my purchase I bought the Universal Audio LUNA Pro 2.0 Bundle (check their website) which is clearly not Luna free. What's funky is that the 5-stars review that is there doesn't talk about the plugin bundle but it is published! This shows you how this company is in denial. You can check at Universal Audio's website the differences between the free and pro versions.
As for my review that was not published, this is what I wrote so you, the reader, can juge by yourself :
"I would have like to give 5 stars but unfortunately as said in the title, this software is unusable on windows: it freezes, crashes a lot, plugins can take ages to load, the midi implementation doesn't work properly, It causes graphical glitches and black screen of death, something that I've never encounter with other digital audio workstation. Universal Audio is aware of all these bugs but still take windows users money and maintain their software being working as advertised on that OS. You can see on the internet all of the issues that windows user have since many years and still not fixed. It will be more honest and should be preferable to just keep it for Mac if they can't make it work properly on windows because it is not right to pay for a software that doesn't work as it should. Now LUNA pro is just sitting here on my pc waiting for updates to make it work properly that will not come before a long time or maybe never..."

That's all. Again, I highly recommend reporting these dishonest practices of this company.

-that contacted me by email, calling me by my name, telling me they saw my Trustpilot review and requesting that I remove it, even before I sent through Trustpilot the information they requested before their reply here…

is now telling Trustpilot that I reviewed the wrong company, just to remove my review and silence me again on a platform that doesn’t belong to them. This is unbelievable! Often, it’s when there is a problem that you see the true face of a company, and I would have never thought that AudioDeluxe was this dishonest.
Because of this I'm downgrading my rating from 2 to 1 star.
Reporting this company is a must and in the public interest.

Audiodeluxe are the best.
They had the Best Black Friday Deals for me and I saved some money. Slight problem with the freebie plugin that I received but this was sorted out by customer support within about an hour. Great communication great service.
