Immediate turn-around from Full Compass

I recently ran into two separate issues with a pair of older studio monitors that I purchased nearly five years ago. Both units began failing in different ways, so I opened support tickets with the manufacturer and with Full Compass.

Within 24 hours, Full Compass responded with a clear, expedited, and very reasonably priced plan to resolve the issues. I was able to move forward immediately with their solution.

Part 1 of 2 was delivered today (Feb 19).

Customer support is critical to the strength of a brand and the long-term trust of its customers. Full Compass demonstrated exactly what responsive, solutions-oriented service should look like.

Although the other required part will take an estimated 4–6 weeks to arrive, I have full confidence that once it is available, they will ship it promptly. I truly appreciate the quick turnaround, professionalism, and clarity throughout this process.

My experience has been outstanding, and I wanted others to know what a fantastic company Full Compass is to work with.

My replacement part for my bass amp was…

My replacement part for my bass amp was not in-stock and had to be shipped from another place. I wasn't expecting it for another week.it arrived Friday and I had enough time to repair my amp before the gig Saturday. Great service and shipping was well protected and fast!

First Lutheran Church, Brodhead sound system upgrade.

Nick Brown was very patient with me while searching compatible mixers and amplifier for our church. I wasn't sure of I needed for our church sound system. Nick and Aron Carr were very prompt on not only securing the products, but having the whole system installed and operating in less than a month. Today was the first day using the new system during church service. Everything worked well, outputting clear, strong audio! My hat's of to Full Compass Systems and Nick suggesting we use Audio Contractors for the installation.

Very helpful representative!

Dave C has always been helpful in finding solutions and in finding sometimes obscure parts when we need them. Recently we had an experience with the Post office that caused a mistaken 'return' and he was very helpful getting out a replacement via a shipper.
