Attria Wine Bar

Rude Manager or Staff Member

Rude manager. On 27 December 2020 at 5PM, I went inside towards the toilet about to burst when i told the male staff member or manager with checkerd shirt and apron, fat, with mustache and beard (or goatee) I needed to use the loo. He stopped me and said "you can ask". I couldnt handle it anymore so i ran. He chased me and stopped me from using the loo. He said "you can ask" not use it. Then he told me to leave and called me "arrogant". This is a horrible treatment of a potential customer which will not go unnoticed.
