Broken items
-Many broken items
-Didn't reimburse full value of broken items - they negotiated with me even though I gave exact costs of items to be replaced. I didn't request value for the sentimental items they broke
-Informed me the packer has a history of breaking things
-Threatened to not reimburse anything if I leave a bad review
Bad service
-Lazy team didn't rebuild all furniture. Left some parts dangerously half built (e.g. TV stand missing legs so could support necessary weight)
-put items wherever they wanted, even though I am partially disabled and my wife is pregnant. Always trying to find the laziest way to do things
- they would have left many many items in the place we moved out of if I didn't follow them around and point things to move. And they weren't all small things, they were going to leave an entire chest of drawers! The guy who checked asked me at least 5 times if I was happy they had everything before they actually did. I then found they had dumped some items at the building entrance so I had to move them myself anyway.
Payment
-whilst I was waiting for the cleaners to finish in the apartment we moved out of, the three movers tried to pressure my pregnant wife to pay for 2 more hours work than they did. She felt very uncomfortable with the pressure they were giving, which was based on lies
-cleaning ended up costing quite a bit more than I was quoted
- have exact money available, they will automatically try to keep any change
