the lady i spoke to was amazing, really helpful and talked us through all our options and made some great suggestions. she was excellent. the system works well, we had a reminder, paid the balance and the tickets were there to download straight away

Just booked Mickey's very merry Christmas party after receiving an email from Tracey advising me the tickets had gone on sale yesterday.
She sent me a quote with a good discount so I was able to book the date I wanted..I know this is a popular after hours event which is usually a sellout
Paid and within half an hour the tickets were available to download.
Very happy with the customer service and I always book Disney World tickets through attraction tickets

Having reviewed your booking, we can confirm that the tickets were issued for the date selected at the time of purchase.
With regard to changing the visit date, while we always sympathise with our customers and genuinely want to help wherever we can, we must adhere to the supplier's Terms & Conditions. In this case, changing the date would have required us to cancel the original tickets and make a new booking. Unfortunately, these tickets can only be cancelled free of charge more than 14 days before the visit date, and your request was received approximately one week before your scheduled visit.
