DO NOT have dealings
DO NOT!!!! under any circumstances have any dealings whatsoever with this crooked company and if you make the mistake and do then do not give them your credit or debit card details, always pay by cheque so they cannot take money from your account whenever they feel like it, they sell you a cheap model to hook you in but do not tell that they will keep sending you further models an keep pestering you for payments, and they expect you to pay return postage on stuff which you have not ordered, they finally stopped sending me un-ordered stuff when l told them any further models would go in the bin an they would receive no payments, if you are caught then do as l did and report them to trading standards who by the way were very very interested in what l had to tell them, this company should be closed down.
Atlas problems still.
Whilst Jack Doyle of Atlas intervened on my last review I have now received invoices for the replacement for a damaged Dinky Toys De Luxe Daf 850 (will take upto 28days) However my emails still bounce so a letter is the only way to contact customer service. However my email works for paying invoices! So please Jack Doyle advise re invoices and sort out my bounced emails except when paying invoices.
This Company is so bad
This Company is so bad it still sends you orders out even though I have called and cancelled my subscription several times. They even so far to send my case to a collect Company when I explained me dealing with the Company and offered to send them photos I took of me returning the items they closed there case about me and for all the problems this Company has caused me I may take legal action. Ps stay away from this Company or make sure that you have lots of time to keep calling them.

I have had an awful experience and am worried sick. I have three outstanding invoices for stuff I have not received. I have emailed three times to no response. I am looking at going to trading standards. Gemma austin
Never had a problem with this Company
Never had a problem with this Company. Have the first dinky Collection and know collect the second dinky and the dinky trucks. Beautifull cars of good quality :)
Not a bad company. Planes could be cheaper for what they are.
All in all, not a bad company. I've had a few things from them planes mainly and kept some things and sent others back. Some of the models are a bit shoddy and small in my opinion, but you can cancel and reactivate whenever like. I've now stopped as I don't have any more space.
I canceled a collection on the13/12/17…
I canceled a collection on the13/12/17 six weeks later I received another model I emailed them again to cancel the un-wanted item and told them I would not return the item at my expence. On the 12/2/18 I received another unsolicited item once again I emailed Atlas Editions to cancel collection and arrange for them to be collected bythem.Three weeks later they sent another unsolicited item, I emailed them again saying i would not return these unsolicited items at my expence. They then gave me instructions to return them.I printed labels with DELIVERY REFUSED-RETURN TO SENDER attached them to the unopened boxes with the invoices still attached.I returned them via our local post office and obtained proof of postage.I waited 2 weeks but didnt get a reply.I sent another email, their reply was "Kindly provide us about the items you have returned because we have no information currently on your account about the amount we should refund you" After I returned un orderd goods they unlawfully took three lots of money out of my bank account, after more emails they more or less said they hadnt received returned goods, would i send proof of postage, I did .On the 4/4/18 I received an email saying the money would be back in my account within 7-28 days, has it been repaid? has it hell,This has been going on for six months and i am really getting fed up .This was a company that promised a lot until things go wrong. Will i get all my money back and will it be worth all the hastle I dont know.Disgusted ex customer of what now looks like a defunk company. Please excuse bad spelling Anthony E.Pugh
Dinky Toys & Jaguar Collection
I have cancelled both accounts with this company, having decided not to continue with Dinky collection I returned an item (expensive for a small model car) and decided to continue with Jaguar collection.
However I have now received two overdue payment letters, despite two phone calls into the "customer services dept" and two sent emails, the second of which was not delivered even though the address was correct.
I'm tired of being chased for money I don't owe and have now cancelled the Jaguar collection. This is not a good or professional company and communicating with the company is extremely difficult. Avoid!!

i brought one watch and cancelled my subscription but they sent me two more anyway and demanded 14.99, avoid them at all costs, it is a scam
Have tried and tried to send a package…
Have tried and tried to send a package back which I did not order or did not want without success. The post office won't accept the package because it hasn't got a printed returns label. Atlas Editions refuse to send one, so am inimbo, and keep getting invoices. Have spoken to customer services which are useless. Am so sick and tired of them have told them to take me to court. Watch this space.
Missing from collection
Just received an e mail stating that I have received the last part of my Dinky Toys Trucks collection and it's complete. It isn't being 6 items short, 2 of which I have had reminders to pay for but not received. I have told Atlas this and asked for these 2 models to be sent following which I would pay promptly, as I always do, but no response. It's pointless offering a collection and being short changed.
The Dinky cars collection deliveries also have ended last November (with nothing arriving since August until then) but had no notification about this? It would be good to be informed about what is going on, having spent quite a large amount as a loyal customer despite previous difficulties with my account.
Further to the above (23/5/18) I have now had a second reminder about non payment for an item I didn't receive despite informing them of this promptly following the first reminder. Extremely disappointing.
Payment threat
I sent for a Dinky Toy for a present at a cost of £1.99. I have today received a threatening demand for £19.99 - which according to CCSCollect is due after I, supposedly, received three reminders for payment. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REMINDERS. I always pay for purchases and am more than happy to pay the £1.99 - but £19.99 when no reminders have been received. As for getting them on the phone -we’ll that’s another story - it’s impossible. Hence my review. Hopefully Atlas will do me the courtesy of replying!!
Do not have any dealings with Atlas !
I've bought a few one-off items in the past and paid for them but never subscribed to a series.
I've just got a letter from a debt collection agency saying I owe £14.99 plus £5 admin fees for items I did not receive , did not order and know nothing about. It also says Atlas sent three letters none of which I got.
My advice is to avoid Atlas enetirely since they will use your info to file false claims against you
Debt collection letter from a year ago
Debt collection letter from a year ago. Apparently this is the norm for this company. Luckily enough for me i had all the proof .Get ready to be cut off from any calls you make to them . Glad i only had the one thing.
Poor service again
Please could Jack pike contact me 07940042241 as I'm getting demand letters for items I've not received and every time a letter gets sent out a further admin charge of £2 is added.Atlas customer services ignore every response and keep adding charges

I have just received my Atlas Regent …Dinky Trucks Query
I have just received my Atlas Regent Tanker. A long wait but worth it.
Some time ago I asked your customer services to send me an email with the list of Jaguar cars in the subscription. I received this promptly and was very grateful.
Today I asked how many models are in the Trucks subscription and was told that there are 25 models. I asked for a list but was told that they do not have a list !!!!!!!!! The person was very unhelpful unfortunately. Normally everyone is very courteous. Could Jack Doyle please let me know how many models remain as I would like to decide if I wish to continue the subscription or cancel it. This would be a pity. I look forward to a reply please.
Puzzled ?????????????
I've just been reading some these reviews and I'm surprised at some of the issues and moans that some folk have or maybe I'm dealing with another company by the same name. I rang AE this morning, in less than 2 minutes I was speaking to a young lady who was very polite and helpful. On previous occasions when I've rang them I never had to wait long and have always been dealt with by the customer staff in a courtesy and helpful manner, thank you. Keep up the good work Atlas, Best Wishes, David.

I have just received an invoice for goods that were returned on 21 September, recorded delivery.
The matter will be passed to the Citizens Advice Bureau shortly

I don't understand why you are getting all these complaints. I've been ordering various models from you and all have arrived with out any problem and if I don't want to order any more of a collection you cancel it immediately. I've always got through to your customer dept and they have always been extremely helpful. Thanks for a great service!👍Neil
