Very expensive given quality received - door to unit nowhere near hung straight. Also a large chip which is, thankfully, covered by the top or I would have returned. Given price paid also for delivery, I was disappointed that it was not assembled and packaging not taken away.

The most perfect chairs, really great quality. The packaging was so sturdy that any chance of breakage was very slim. Delivery was as expected, slight wait for the product to be in stock but once it was available communication was great

The ordering process was good and I liked the website very simple. I am rating this as fair however as I had 3 issues with the service/ experience. 1)Table arrived in packaging that was super impossible to get off! I had to cut my way into the box in the end which wouldnt have been a problem but the table wasnt right and needed returning so it was difficult to repack! 2) Very expensive to return things- initial delivery £39 and £49 to return it so a lot 3) But the most annoying was I had to chase my refund as it still hadnt been paid over 11 days later. I called and the team were very helpful in sorting it but they got the amount wrong so i had to again call up and explain they'd got the amount wrong. Just a bit underwhelming tbh probably wont use again.

Purchased a £1000 side table which has lived in a room which is unused. The marble top is now lifting away from the wood and all the doors and drawers get stuck and won’t close. The delivery company personally built it so no fault on our part. No reply to emails as of yet and judging by reviews below, I am concerned about customer service and whether I will receive a reply. I would consider buying from this company given the quality of materials. I almost purchased a similar unit from Dunelm but thought I would pay more for a better quality product. My next steps will be trading standards but I will give them more time to respond and reach a resolution.

Ordered a table and chairs. The table had a solid marble top. Unfortunately the marble table top was pitted with indentations. I understand the product is natural and will contain imperfections, but they should have filled them and polished like the other areas that were once pitted and have been filled and polished. We were offered a discount although. Quality team need to be more on point

Ordered two items then didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks. Chased up and discovered one of the items was actually out of stock - something others have had trouble with I see.

Remaining item arrived 10 days later and upon opening there was damage to where the handles were attached as the holes had been over drilled. Contacted customers services over 6 times over email and they have ignored every one of them. The item was just shy of £1,000 and this is the level of customer service.

I have had to pay to have the issue fixed myself.

Do not use this company, they are a disgrace.

Really poor experience with this company. I ordered a dining table and bench, which were showing as in stock and available on their website. Over a week later I received an email which said the items were no longer available. Instead of offering alternatives/refund I was asked to re look at the website or confirm if I wanted them to check the outlet (in my opinion this should have been done before contacting me to prevent further delays) another few days went past whilst I waited for them to check the outlet. As nothing was available I have now had to request a refund. They have had a substantial amount of money from me and sat on it for over 2 weeks. Really poor attempt to resolve and rectify their issue - which is essentially what customer service is all about.
I’ve since read other reviews which haven’t been particularly positive - complaints about quality and delivery issues.
I won’t be using this company again and would deter anyone else from using them.

I bought a Christmas garland which was appallingly cheap. Very difficult to return and no refund received.

We've bought 3 items from Atkin and Thyme (having never come across them or heard of them before) and am so pleased and delighted with each of these items - the Gaia Pendant Light, Byron Extending Dining Table and Berkeley Shelving Unit. They look just like the photos and seem absolutely solid in construction and materials. Customer service is also wonderful on the occasion that we had to contact them. Have highly recommended them to our friends who are also looking for unique and beautiful furniture.

Placed a order on 4th april , emailed on numerous occasions , rang them on 28th may to be told they didn't deliver to N.I ..im sure they knew that 7half weeks ago when they received order

Bought a desk for quite a bit of money. Received an email to choose a 'convenient delivery date,' only to be shown THREE available dates within a THREE-month time window, and only one being before the projected delivery date at the point of purchase.

Absolutely awful service for the sort of cost this business charges for their products. All these businesses operate like people don't have normal day jobs and don't have to juggle all their commitments to find time to be at home to take deliveries. Three dates spread across three months, and the customer service was utterly useless. Never again.

I ordered their Jude Fluted Green Marble Desk for my home office setup. The price of this piece almost seemed too good to be true in honesty, being a solid marble desk top for less then £1k (£849).

As I’ve paid several times this in the past for marble topped credenza’s or bedside tables albiet from retailers like Natuzzi. So I tempered my expectations somewhat, as the photographs on their website made this price look absolutely stunning. However the marble piece is much thicker than I expected, the wooden desk is solidly built, the drawers are spacious for what I needed too. I’m really impressed, the desk has exceeded my expectations considerably.

This was a pre-order which arrived roughly when expected and the delivery partners DRS were good with their comms and the delivery crew were friendly and happy to help move the desk to the desired room in my house. Overall I would recommend Atkin & Thyme.

I recently purchased a sideboard from Atkin and Thyme and even though the piece was very nice there were issues with the product. I contacted customer service and received a prompt response and felt listened to. I couldn’t be happier with their handling of the issue.

Ordered a fluted drinks cabinet costing £799 although it was on discount at £678. It arrived and the build quality was very poor the handles weren’t straight, the marble lid did fit properly and the left hand door didn’t close properly. I was offered a 10% discount which I didn’t want not at any point did they offer to replace the cabinet with one that wasn’t so poorly made. The drinks cabinet was collected seamlessly and the funds were credited back to my credit card.

Came across this company while looking for a small coffee table! Wanted something out of the ordinary and possibly a bit unique....Couldn't believe it when I saw this fabulous copper, marble topped table! Just perfect! It was delivered a week earlier than I expected which was a lovely surprise. (I missed any notification about my early proposed delivery). In the flesh, this stunning little table is even better than any photos could portray. Cant recommend Aitkin & Thymme highly enough. Their service and products are just something else.❤

Really good selection of products

I needed to return an item that didn't suit my decor. The return process was really easier than expected, especially as the item in question was rather heavy and bulky.
I have previously purchased from this company and can confirm that that they sell quality items which are well packaged.
