If I can I will give it a 0 star. I'm being genuine. I did an order for 2 dresses and I found out that three other website has the same dress. Obviously I knew something was dodgy but the 10k + followers if very misleading. When I was interested to buying they will message immediately. It was about 4 weeks and no sign of anything and my event was soon
I started contacting them but no msg. Eventually they did and started using excuses such as dress was damaged etc and there was no guaranteed delivery. This was very ocncerning and eventually they did give me a refund as I mentioned islam and they were guilty.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY WILL SCAM YIU AND WILL NOT DELIVER ON TIME. THEY MIGHT NOT GIVE A REFUND

its been 3rd month since i placed order…
its been 3rd month since i placed order for a dress in November. i have not recieved it yet even though the event i ordered this dress for has already been passed. they are so shameless, they do not even respond to your emails or whatsapp. i have no words to explain how worst my experience is with them. my money has been scammed. avoid this company at any cost. at the time of placement of order they tell you that your order will be despatched in 5 weeks. then you do not recieve anything even after 3 months. such a worst nightmare they are.

On the 23rd of October 2023, my family ordered seven outfits for a wedding. We paid an extra £30 for priority shipping in the hopes of having it stitched and delivered by November 20th, 2023.
We spoke with someone on their business Whatsapp channel before placing the order, and they assured us that the delivery would be made before the 20th of November. They insisted on transferring the £1,045.00 via bank transfer. We stated that we could only pay that large sum by card, and "girl" on WhatsApp sent us a SumUp link to pay for the order.
The card payment was made solely for security reasons. Instead of a debit card, I used a credit card.
The payment was made to bahirah.com, a partner or parent company.
We waited a few weeks and requested an order update, but the person on WhatsApp did not respond for more than a week. We kept chasing and began emailing both bahirah.com and asianadornments.com, but received no response except from someone at bahirah.com who stated that I should contact asianadornments.com. I mentioned that the SumUp payment was sent to bahirah.com and received a response stating that they would follow up.
We haven't received any emails since then, and we check in every other day for an update.
Finally, on WhatsApp, someone responded, saying not to worry, and that it would be delivered on the 20th of November, as promised, and this was around the 10th of November. We responded by requesting a refund, and they said they would process it before going silent again. The 27th of November has passed with no responses and no refund of our £1,045.00. People are being scammed by these two companies.
Consider all the innocent women and children who did not receive their special day attire.
Avoid these two companies. We requested a chargeback from our credit card company.
