I think they are scammers. No product No contact possible. Stay away
I’m going to report them.
Ordered 2 sets of coat hooks. One arrived broken. Been chasing now by phone, message and email and no response at all. I will now attempt to recover the cost via my bank as it seems the only option. Avoid and/or recover costs via your bank which will hopefully wake them up.
Happy to help when you are purchasing but when a broken product arrives there is radio silence from them. Had to do a chargeback through the bank to get my money as they definitely aren't helping. Poor quality product and bad customer service.
I ordered some cufflinks at the end of May for special birthday present and was disappointed they did not arrive within the 5 working days. Tried to contact them by email but this bounced back so does not exist! The phone never gets answered and since reading these and other reviews, I realise I’ve been scammed! I’ve left it with the bank to resolve.
I ordered £105 worth of cufflinks on the 15th February and a month on I still haven't received then!
Several emails, messages and phone calls with not one response!!

Order placed and paid for was never received. Despite numerous emails that Ashton Finch never responded to and unanswered phone calls I can only conclude that this is a company that is happy to take your money and never send out your order. Do not order from this company. Avoid.
I placed an order over a month ago, they promised you a 5 days delivery. Once the five days passed and haven’t heard back from them, I contacted them and they said they were understaffed sue covid, which I first I totally understood, they promised my order would be with me two weeks after. Once this period has passed and I still have not heard back from them. I had to contact them 3 times for them to give me a reply, promising me again my order would be dispatched last Wednesday, of course I haven’t heard back from them.
No value in their words.

I am reviewing again, as I made 3 calls chasing my item and was reassured it would be ready in 5 days, no item, my next call I was told they were posting it the Monday I would be emailed a tracking number and receive item next day, I asked is this definite as it’s a birthday gift, Yes they said. No item arrived after contacting them was told they can’t get hold of the supplier, so refund was issued. Really annoyed at being messed around would rather have been told earlier they had issues, however refund was straight away so can’t fault them on refund.
Disappointed with customer services and lack of information on their webisite when ordering. Recieved and email to state order was shipped over a week ago. Still no order so I contacted customer services via email who advised that it was due to be shipped in 2 parts. One item coming form Amazon and the other was made to order (this was never stated on their website directly and I’m not sure what is made to order about it!) went back to query this and no response back from them! Will not be ordering anything from them in the future after this experience.
I purchased a pair of cuff links back in February. I phoned prior to sending them back to confirm the return address. The cuff links were sent back on 15th February. I waited for two months to get a refund. It's now three months since I returned the goods. Luckily, I kept proof of postage and they finally responded by confirming they were going to refund the money on 28th April. It's now 13th May and they've still not returned the money into my account. Worst customer service I've had to deal with in a long time.
I purchased the polar bear cufflinks as a gift. Sadly they were not as advertised. In the picture it showed chrome cufflinks, however, when they arrived they were matt silver and the clasp was not the same as the picture on the website. It was a far lesser quality clasp on arrival, unlike the high-quality version shown on their website all in shiny chrome.
I searched their website for a returns instruction and although they have a page for this, they do not have any instructions or content on this page.
I contacted Aston and Finch on the day I received the product through their 'contact us' page, but unfortunately, I did not get a reply. I then contacted them one week later reiterating that I would like to return the items for the reasons explained.
Whilst I understand this is just one small purchase out of many purchases they may well take through their online store and Amazon, I am disappointed not to have received a reply.
I will return this item directly as I wouldn't ever wear these cufflinks due to the quality and would certainly not wish to gift them. I don't hold much hope in receiving a refund having been ignored thus far.
Lastly, if you choose to use their website please be aware that at the point of purchase you might be offered another pair of cufflinks for what looks to be free. However, when you arrive at the checkout these will be added to your bill at full price.
I ordered 2 pairs of cufflinks which never turned up. I emailed (bounced), called (disconnected) and contacted through Amazon but no contact.
Luckily, I purchased through Amazon so they issued with me with a full refund - Thanks Amazon.
But Ashton & Finch... AVOID AVOID AVOID.
