The delivery of the product was prompt however it did not meet my expectations at all. The wig's texture is low quality of material as it has an unnatural, high-gloss plastic shine that looks fake. The lace is overly thick and impossible to blend naturally. Due to the unsatisfactory result I could not use it and had to wear an old wig I already owned to my daughter' s graduation instead.

I have ordered 2 units so far and I must say I am impressed with the quality! Both units were exactly as pictured. The hair is soft and easy to style and maintain.

Not a good experience! The wig was not as advertised. The curls were not defined. The hair from the wig was shedding and curls do not hold. The box was also terribly damaged when I received the package.....smh... horrible experience and not worth the money!
